科技金融本质探析

摘要：科技金融之本质是创新经济学的一个最重要分支，它是以培育高附加价值产业、创造高薪就业岗位、提升经济体整体竞争力为目标，促进技术资本、创新资本与企业家资本等创新要素深度融合、深度聚合的一种新经济范式。这个新经济范式由三个紧密联系的子系统构成，也是创新经济体的三个相互配合的发动机。第一是技术—经济范式，它决定了一定时期一个经济体资本化技术的规模和质量；第二是金融—经济范式，它决定了一定时期一个经济体普通资本转化为创新资本的数量和效率；第三是企业家—经济范式，它决定了一定时期一个经济体创新企业的规模和能力，特别是企业家资本的大小及效率。

Abstract：Through the historical inspection and reality analysis，this paper points out that：essentially，sci-tech finance is an important branch of innovation economics.It’s also a new economic paradigm that can promote deep harmony of innovation elements such as technology capital，innovation capital and entrepreneur capital，with the aim of fostering high value-added industries，creating high-paying jobs and promoting the competitiveness of the economy as a whole.The new economic paradigm consists of three closely related subsystems.The first is the technical-economic paradigm，which determines the size and quality of the capitalized technology in a given period of time.The second is financial-economic paradigm，which decides the quantity and efficiency of the transformation of ordinary capital and innovation capital in a given period of time.The third is the entrepreneurs-economic paradigm，which determines the size and capacity of innovative enterprise in a given period of time，especially the size and efficiency of entrepreneur capital.
