UPLC—MS—MS法快速测定甘蓝和土壤中虱螨脲的残留量

摘要:建立了甘蓝(Brassica oleracea L.)和土壤中虱螨脲残留的超高效液相色谱-三重四极杆串联质谱(UPLC-MS-MS)快速检测的方法。样品用酸化乙腈提取,以QuEChERS法净化,超高效液相色谱-串联质谱电喷雾负离子模式检测。结果表明,虱螨脲在5~500 μg/L范围内,浓度和响应峰面积线性关系良好。在0.01、0.02、0.1和0.5 mg/kg 4个添加浓度下,平均回收率在78.5%~113.6%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为2.5%~8.5%(n=6),虱螨脲在甘蓝和土壤中的定量限(LQD)均为0.01 mg/kg。该方法适用于甘蓝和土壤中虱螨脲的检测。

Abstract:An ultra performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(UPLC-MS-MS) method was developed to determine residue of lufenuron in cabbage and soil. Samples were extracted with acidified acetonitrile , purified by QuEChERS method and determined with UPLC-MS-MS.The results showed that the linear ranges were 5~500 μg/L and the correlation coefficients were higher than 0.998. The average recoveries were 78.5%~113.6% when the spiked levels were 0.01、0.02、0.1 and 0.5mg/kg, the relative standard deviations were between 2.5% and 8.5%(n=6).The limits of quantity were both 0.01mg/kg in cabbage and soil. The method applies to determine lufenuron in cabbage and soil.

虱螨脲(Lufenuron)属于苯甲酰脲类农药,是一种几丁质合成抑制剂类型的昆虫生长调节剂,它通过抑制昆虫几丁质合成酶的活性,阻碍昆虫新表皮的合成,使之不能正常脱皮,导致蛹或成虫死亡[1,2],并显著抑制存活个体的繁殖活力[3]。苯甲酰脲类农药以胃毒为主,通过昆虫取食发挥活性,所以对食肉昆虫和不产生几丁质的哺乳动物具有较高的安全性,对蜜蜂安全,但是对家蚕具有较大毒性[4]。虱螨脲主要用于防治棉花(Gossypium spp)、玉米(Zea mays L.)、蔬菜、果树等作物上的鳞翅目幼虫和螨虫,是此类农药中销售额最大的品种,2009年达到1亿多美元,并逐年增加[5]。所以对虱螨脲的残留检测也越来越被大家所关注。
