湖北省汉江流域生态服务功能价值评估

摘要:运用市场价格法、影子工程法、替代成本法、成果参照法,对湖北省汉江流域7项生态服务功能(物质生产、供水、气候调节、蒸腾吸热、水质净化、生物多样性维持和科研文化教育功能)进行综合价值评估。结果表明,2013年湖北省汉江流域生态系统服务功能总经济价值为6 016.28亿元,其中直接使用价值为668.66亿元,间接使用价值为5 347.62亿元。各生态服务总价值的比例占比重较大的是蒸腾吸热(74.05%)、科研文化教育(9.5%)、物质生产(5.15%)、供水(5.97%),表明湖北省汉江流域生态系统在蒸腾吸热、科研文化教育、物质生产、供水方面发挥了重要作用。

Abstract: The methods of market price, shadow engineering, substitution cost, and the reference of the results were used to carry on the comprehensive value evaluation to seven ecological service functions in the Hanjiang River Basin in Hubei province, which were material production, water supply, climate regulation, transpiration endothermic, water purification, biodiversity maintenance and scientific research and cultural education. The results showed that the total economic value of the ecological service in the Hanjiang River Basin in Hubei province in 2013 was 601.628 billion yuan, of which the direct use value was 66.866 billion yuan and indirect use value was 534.762 billion yuan. The larger proportion of the total value in ecological service were transpiration endothermic(74.05%), scientific research and cultural education(9.5%), material production (5.15%),and water supply(5.97%). It indicated that the ecosystem of the Hanjiang River Basin in Hubei province played an important role in the heat absorption, scientific research and cultural education, material production and water supply.

为了保护环境,促进人与自然和谐稳定的发展,以及河流在湿地中占有重要的地位,各国政府都越来越重视河流流域生态服务功能的评价与管理,并加强本国河流流域生态服务功能价值的研究。
Costanza等[1]纵观国际上已有的评估方法和计算结果,对全球一些主要的生态系统服务功能价值进行了评估与计算,对生态服务功能价值研究具有里程碑的作用,从此拉开了生态系统服务功能价值研究的帷幕。随着研究的深入,中国对生态服务价值的研究兴起,投入研究的力度越来越大,欧阳志云等[2]、谢高地等[3,4]、何浩等[5]根据中国实际情况,对中国陆地生态系统服务价值功能进行研究,形成了一些比较有参考价值的评估工具、方法与模型。……
