刘建秋教授辨证治疗肺纤维化

摘要：刘建秋教授认为，肺间质纤维化是多种肺疾病的最终病理结局，为中医肺痿之证。肺纤维化由外邪诱发，痰瘀壅阻肺络，日久因实致虚，致肺叶痿缩，肺痿气虚，痰瘀互结。主张在临床辨证中，应“知犯何逆，随证治之”，予与解表通络、益气养阴、补益肺脾肾、化痰通络、活血化瘀等治法，加减用药。

Abstract：Professor LIU Jianqiu thoughts, pulmonary fibrosis is a common clinical refractory respiratory disease, is the final outcome of a variety of pathological lung disease. Professor LIU Jianqiu based on traditional Chinese medicine theory that the disease is lung impotent of Chinese medicine syndrome, syndrome differentiation given solution is obtained in the form of collateral, supplementing qi and nourishing yin, nourishing lung, spleen and kidney, dissipating phlegm and dredging collaterals, activating blood circulation to dissipate blood therapy, drug addition and subtraction.

刘建秋教授为黑龙江省名中医，黑龙江中医药大学附属第一医院呼吸科学术带头人，主任医师、博士研究生导师，第5批全国名老中医药专家学术经验继承工作指导老师。刘教授深究中医经典理论，从事中西医结合临床、教学、科研工作30余年，擅长中西医结合防治慢性阻塞性肺疾病、支气管哮喘、肺纤维化等呼吸系统疾病。刘教授认为，肺间质纤维化其发病机理更似中医肺痿之病，其急性发作期治疗以“解表通络”为主，选用解表药物；慢性迁延期使用益气养阴法治疗，补益脾肺之气，滋养肺肾之阴，并在治疗同时兼佐以化痰通络，活血化瘀之品，可在临床取得良好的治疗效果。……
