摘要：以工业化、信息化、城镇化和农业现代化的替代指标，选取1980—2012年湖北省“新四化”指标变量的时间序列数据，对“新四化”变量发展水平时间序列进行ADF单位根检验、Johansen协整检验及Granger因果关系检验分析。结果表明，1980—2012年湖北省工业化、信息化、城镇化和农业现代化的指标变量对数一阶差分是平稳的，且在两个阶段存在长期协整关系;Granger因果关系检验随着湖北省社会经济发展，城镇化与农业现代化呈现出良好的互动关系，工业化对城镇化发展产生了较好的促进作用，信息化建设较为薄弱。

A Study on the Coordinated Development among Industrialization，Informationization，Urbanization and Agricultural Modernization in Hubei Province

Abstract： With industrialization， informatization， urbanization and agricultural modernization interactive coordinated development， sustainable leapfrog development of social economy is to achieve. Select the alternative indicators of industrialization， informatization， urbanization and agricultural modernization，“four modernizations” indicator variables of time series data during 1980-2012 in Hubei province. By unit root test， Johansen co-integration test and Granger causality test analysis， the development of the variable time series of the development level “four modernizations” was analyzed. The test result showed that during the study period， first difference of "four modernizations" indicator variables logarithmic was smooth， and there was a long-term co-integration relationship between two time phase. Granger causality test showed that with the development of society and economy in Hubei province， urbanization and agricultural modernization promoted each other; industrialization played a better role in promoting urbanization， while informatization construction was weak.

新型工业化、信息化、城镇化和农业现代化的发展具有重要的经济意义，可以促进经济结构转型、增强企业竞争力、提高信息化普及率、破解城乡发展瓶颈以及解决“三农”难题[1]。对“四化”内涵的认识经历了一个不断深化与复杂发展的过程。1964年12月第三届全国人民代表大会第一次会议首次提出了现代农业、现代工业、现代国防和现代科学技术的“四个现代化”;1997年9月党的十五大报告提出了实现工业化和经济的社会化、市场化、现代化的“四化”;2005年10月党的十六届五中全会使用“工业化、城镇化、市场化、国际化”概念，被称为“新四化”;2007年10月党的十七大报告中指出要全面认识工业化、信息化、城镇化、市场化、国际化深入发展的新形势新任务，更加自觉地走科学发展道路;2012年……
