诱发道路交通事故的关键因子分析方法研究*

摘要为探究造成道路交通事故的关键成因，对道路交通事故的主要影响因素进行了多因致果集中分析，构建了涵盖机动车驾驶人、非机动车驾驶人、行人及乘车人、道路环境、意外的道路交通事故成因指标体系，运用因子分析法对指标体系进行降维处理，得到了造成道路交通事故的关键因子，进而提出了道路交通事故关键因子分析步骤。以我国2006～2012年全国道路交通事故统计为例，对原有38个相关联评价指标进行综合分析，结果表明：道路交通事故的关键成因是机动车非法行驶与停靠致因因子(贡献率57.34%)、交叉口与路段非法穿越道路致因因子(贡献率23.12%)和道路设施不健全与交通工具故障致因因子(贡献率12.58%)三方面。

Analysis of Key Factors Leading to Road Traffic Accidents

Abstract:In order to explore the key reasons of road accidents, this paper analyzed main influence factors of road traffic accidents. It constructed an index system based on causes of road traffic accidents, includeing motor vehicle drivers, non-motor vehicle drivers, pedestrians, passengers, and road conditions. This paper used factor analysis to reduce the dimension of the index system in order to obtain the key factors lead to accidents, then presented the process to identify the key influence factors of road traffic accidents. Comprehensive analyses show that the key reasons of road traffic accidents are in three areas which are illegally parking and driving motor vehicles (57.34%), illegally crossing intersection and road section (23.12%), and road facilities limitation and transport tool failure (12.58%). This paper provide a basis for the road management department to study the characteristics of urban road traffic accidents and improve safety of urban traffic.

据公安部统计数据显示，2012年全国接报涉及人员伤亡的路口交通事故4.6万起，造成1.1万人死亡、5万人受伤，道路交通事故所造成的伤亡及损失列我国各类伤亡事故之首。目前我国每年的交通死亡人数高居世界首位，2001～2011年10年间全国近90万人因车祸丧生，道路交通安全问题备受社会各界的广泛关注[1-2]。……
