精神病患者暴力冲动行为分析及应对

摘要：目的探讨导致精神病患者暴力冲动行为发生的相关因素，以采取积极有效的应对措施，尽可能减轻暴力冲动行为造成的不良后果。方法对96例精神病患者发生暴力冲动行为及病情发生、发展过程分析，针对各种暴力行为，采取有针对性的干预措施。结果精神病患者发生暴力冲动行为与人格障碍、被害或嫉妒妄想、命令性幻听、思维联想障碍、护患关系不和谐、不适反应、住院时间等因素有关，具有攻击行为多样性和攻击对象不确定性。结论了解精神病患者发生暴力冲动行为的各种危险因素，尽早预测精神病患者发生暴力冲动行为的先兆，及时采取合适有效的应对措施，可预防和减轻暴力冲动行为带来的不良后果。

Abstract:ObjectiveTo investigate the correlative factors of resulting in violence and impulsion actions in psychosis patients and taking positive and effective steps so as to decrease negative effect resulting from violence and impulsion.MethodsViolence and impulsion behaviors of psychosis patients of 96 cases during 2008.2 and 2011.3 were observed and happening and evolution of violent and impulsive behaviors were analyzed.ResultsPersonality disorder delusion of tersecutior jealous delusion,command hallucinations、thought disorder,serious depression,stupor and mental disorder etc are reiative to the happening of violence and impulsion in psychosis patients.ConclusionUnderstanding dangerous factors of resulting in violence and impulsion of psychosis patients,predicting violence and impulsion in psychosis patients so as to take effective and proper steps to preventand decrease negative results of violence and impulsion are very important.

精神病患者由于大脑皮质功能紊乱而导致精神活动失常，出现认知、情感、思维等方面的异常，受病态思维和行为的影响，会出现打人、毁物、自伤或伤人等暴力冲动行为，造成对他人、自身和周围环境的破坏。探讨导致精神病患者暴力冲动行为的各种因素，采取积极有效的应对措施，减轻或消除暴力冲动行为带来的不良后果意义重大。……
