摘  要：档案志愿者服务是公众参与档案事业建设的重要途径，笔者对我国档案志愿者服务的实践现状和研究成果进行梳理，总结成绩与不足，认为当前加强我国档案志愿者服务建设需要在充分借鉴图书馆、博物馆等机构志愿者和国外档案志愿者服务建设先进经验的基础上，先要厘清一些理论问题。

Abstract：Archives volunteer service is an important way that the public participate in the construction of archival undertaking.The author reviewed the practice and the research results of Chinese archives volunteer service， and summed up the achievements and shortcomings， then put forward that at present strengthening the construction of Chinese archives volunteer service should be based on the advanced experience of the construction of the library volunteer、museum volunteer and foreign archives volunteers service at first， and then clarify some theoretical issues.

2014年2月27日，中共中央办公厅、国务院办公厅印发的《关于加强和改进新形势下档案工作的意见》第五条明确指出：要规范并支持社会力量参与档案事务[1]。此前，2013年12月27日，国家档案局局长杨冬权在全国档案局长馆长会议讲话中要求：按照党的十八届三中全会《决定》关于“支持和发展志愿服务组织”的精神，在遵守国家有关法律法规的前提下，把可由社会组织和志愿者承担的一些具体事务交由社会组织或志愿者承担，并加强监督指导检查，以缓解档案部门人少事多的矛盾[2]。2014年12月23日，杨冬权在全国档案局长馆长会议讲话中指出：要着眼新的档案工作合作者，及时吸收、利用他们参与档案工作，让更多人参与、支持档案工作;要利用网络组织档案工作志愿者进行开放档案的编目、关键词著录、编研等工作，延伸档案工作手臂，壮大档案队伍[3]。

近几年，我国档案志愿者服务实践虽然有所发展，学界也有所探索，但总体发展情况和研究状况均不得而知。为此，笔者拟对我国档案志愿者服务的实践现状和研究情况进行梳理和总结，以期对我国档案志愿者服务建设和研究有所帮助和启发。……
