研究独活寄生汤加减联合中医骨伤手法按摩治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效

[摘要]目的研究采取中医骨伤手法按摩联合独活寄生汤加减治疗腰间盘突出症的临床效果。方法整群选择该院2012年4—2015年3月中医科收治的腰间盘突出症患者248例，随机分为两组各124例。观察组采用中医骨伤手法按摩加独活寄生汤加减治疗，对照组采用中医骨伤手法按摩治疗，比较分析两组患者的临床效果和不良情况发生率。结果治疗后观察组的总有效率(90.32%)明显高于对照组（64.52%）；对照组不良反应发生率（39.52%）高于观察组的患者（12.90%），差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论中医骨伤手法按摩联合独活寄生汤加减对腰间盘突出的患者临床疗效优越，值得在临床上推广。

Abstract[]Objective To study the clinical efficacy of modified Duhuo Jisheng Decoction combined with orthopedics massage in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Methods 248 patients with lumbar disc herniation admitted to the TCM department of our hospital from April 2012 and March 2015 were randomly divided into two groups randomly with 124 in each one.The observation adopted modified Duhuo Jisheng Decoction combined with orthopedics massage, while the control group received orthopedics massage singly.The clinical effect and adverse reaction were compared between the two groups.Results The overall effective rate ((90.32% vs 64.52%）was significantly higher, and the adverse reaction rate significantly lower (12.90% vs 39.52%) in the observation group than in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant（P<0.05）.Conclusion Modified Duhuo Jisheng Decoction combined with orthopedics massage in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation can produce good effect and is worthy of promotion.

腰间盘突出症是以腰部和下肢疼痛为主要部位的骨外科疾病，致病因素有腰间盘各部分的退行性改变、长期外力造成的损伤、先天性的腰骶异常等。该病的主要临床症状是腰痛、下肢放射痛以及少见的马尾神经症状等[1]，会严重影响患者的生活质量。该病目前尚无特效手段，为探究其有效治疗方法，2012年4月—2015年3月该院中医科应用中医骨伤手法按摩联合独活寄生汤加减治疗腰间盘突出症，临床疗效满意，现报道如下。

1　资料与方法

1.1一般资料

从2012年4月—2015年3月自该院整群选取处于有腰间盘突出症的患者248例，因治疗方法的不同分为两组，每组平均124例。……
