小儿麻醉诱导期舒芬太尼对丙泊酚镇静作用的影响探析

[摘要]目的研究小儿麻醉诱导期舒芬太尼对丙泊酚镇静作用的影响。方法整群选取该院在2014年1—12月间收治的153例患儿的临床资料，回顾分析患儿的临床资料，根据数字随机分组法原则，将患儿分为三组，每组各51例病例。第一组取0.01 μg/（kg·min）舒芬太尼静脉输注，第二组取0.02 μg/（kg·min）舒芬太尼静脉输注，第三组单纯给予生理盐水滴注，输注后30 min后，靶控输注丙泊酚。详细记录3组患儿BIS与丙泊酚EC50值、BIS与OAA/S评分、丙泊酚EC50、LOC时间，并给予比较。结果①丙泊酚EC50与BIS相关系数分别为-0.81、-0.78、-0.87，两者为负相关（P<0.05）。BIS与OAA/S评分相关系数分别为0.87、0.81、0.92，两者为正相关（P<0.05）。②第一组、第二组的EC50、均低于第三组，对比差异有统计学意义（P< 0.05）。第一组、第二组的BIS、LOC时间均高于第三组，对比差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论在麻醉诱导期，将丙泊酚与舒芬太尼联合使用，能够使患儿意识消失时所需丙泊酚浓度降低，协同作用非常明显，舒芬太尼的使用可以使丙泊酚镇静作用增加。

Abstract[]Objective Study the induction of anesthesia in children sufentanil impact on propofol sedation.Methods Our hospital between January 2014 to December2014 were treated 153 cases of children with clinical data were retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of children.Results①EC50 propofol and BIS correlation coefficients were -0.81, -0.78, -0.87, both negative corre鄄lation (P<0.05).BIS and OAA/S score correlation coefficients were 0.87,0.81,0.92, both positive correlation (P<0.05).②The first group, the second group of EC50, were lower than the third group, the comparison was statistically significant (P<0.05).The first group, the second group of BIS, LOC time were higher than the third group, the comparison was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion In the induction of anesthesia, propofol and sufentanil in combination, can make sense of children propofol concentra鄄tion required to reduce the time to disappear, synergy is very obvious, you can make use of sufentanil propofol sedation increase.

临床中关于舒芬太尼对丙泊酚镇静作用所产生的影响并无太多研究，为了解这种联合用药的可靠性[1]，研究整群选取了该院在2014年1—12月间收治的153例患儿进行研究，分析小儿麻醉诱导期舒芬太尼对丙泊酚镇静作用的影响，现报道如下。

1　资料与方法

1.1一般资料

以该院收治的153例患儿为研究对象，根据数字随机分组法原则，将患儿分为3组，每组51例病例。第一组男患儿32例，女患儿19例，年龄在3~9岁间，平均年龄（6.15±1.16）岁，体重在12~29 kg间，平均体重（21.19±4.71）kg。第二组男患儿31例，女患儿20例，年龄在4~9岁间，平均年龄（6.38±1.45）岁，体重在11~29 kg间，平均体重（21.45±4.63）kg。第三组男患儿33例，女患儿18例，年龄在3~10岁间，平均年龄（6.24±1.73）岁，体重在11~29 kg间，平均体重（21.43±4.54）kg。……
