吉西他滨联合奥沙利铂治疗胰腺癌的效果及安全性

[摘要]目的探讨吉西他滨与奥沙利铂联合治疗胰腺癌的效果及安全性，以便提供治疗依据。方法随机选取2011年4月—2013年2月该院收治的80例胰腺癌患者作为研究对象，随机均分为对照组与实验组，对照组给予吉西他滨，实验组采用吉西他滨联合奥沙利铂治疗，治疗后观察对比两组的客观疗效、临床受益率、不良反应及生存率。结果实验组患者的客观有效率、临床收益率及两年后生存率显著高于对照组（P<0.05），但其不良反应率显著低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论吉西他滨与奥沙利铂联合治疗胰腺癌的疗效确切，安全性高，提高了患者的远期生存率。

Abstract[]Objective To study the the clinical efficacy and safety of gemcitabine combined with oxaliplatin in the treatment of pancreatic cancer, in order to provide treatment basis.Methods The 80 cases of pancreatic cancer patients in our hospital from April 2011to February 2013 were as research subjects and randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group.The control group was cured by gemcitabine, but the experimental group was given gemcitabine combined with oxaliplatin.The ob鄄jective response rate, clinical benefit rate, adverse reaction and survival rate were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The objective response rate, clinical benefit rate and survival rate after two years of the experimental group were signifi鄄cantly higher than those of the control group (P<0.05), but the rate of adverse events was significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion The efficacy of gemcitabine combined with oxaliplatin in the treatment of pancreatic cancer is accurate and safe, and improves the patient's long-term survival.

胰腺癌是一种常见的消化系统肿瘤，单用顺铂、吉西他滨等治疗效果相对较好，尤其是吉西他滨。吉西他滨已经在不同时期的胰腺癌患者治疗中得到广泛的临床应用，但其疗效与预后效果仍欠佳，为了改善患者的治疗效果与预后效果，提高患者生存率[1-2]。吉西他滨与其他药物联合的临床试验被广泛开展，并取得了一定的效果。为了研究更优的药物治疗方案，课题研究者随机选取2011年4月—2013年2月院收治的80例胰腺癌患者作为研究对象，在以往临床经验的基础上，采用吉西他滨联合奥沙利铂治疗胰腺癌患者，取得了较佳的效果，现报道如下。
