氟芬那酸丁酯软膏治疗日光皮炎的疗效及安全性分析

[摘要]目的探讨和分析临床用氟芬那酸丁酯软膏治疗日光皮炎的疗效以及安全性。方法从2012年11月—2014年4月在该院收治的日光皮炎患者当中随机选取70例，随机分为的观察组35例和对照组35例，观察组患者氟芬那酸丁酯软膏和常规治疗相配合，对照组患者用维生素E霜和常规治疗并用，治疗后对比评价两组临床治愈效果及疗效，并记录。结果治疗后两组患者临床的症状有了一定程度改善，结果表明观察组的患者，临床有效率为97.1.%（34/35），要显著高于对照组40.0%（14/35）,该差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05），符合统计学。结论氟芬那酸丁酯软膏用于治疗日光性皮炎具有临床较好疗效，复发率低，具有在临床推广和普及的价值。

Abstract[]Objective To investigate and analyze the efficacy and safety of Butyl Flufenamate Ointment in treating solar dermatitis.Methods 70 cases with solar dermatitis in our hospital from November 2012 to April 2014 were selected.They were divided into observation group and control group randomly, 35 cases in each group.The observation group was given Butyl Flufenamate Oint鄄ment combined with conventional therapy.The control group was given Vitamin E Cream combined with conventional therapy.Compared the clinical curative effect of the two groups after the treatment and recorded it.Results The clinical symptoms of the two groups had improved after treatment.The clinical efficiency of observation group was 97.1.%（34/35）obviously higher than 40.0% (14/35) of the control group and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The efficiency of Butyl Flufenamate Ointment in treating solar dermatitis is better, it has lower recurrence rate and is worthy of wide application.

近年来，环境污染越来越严重，地表紫外线增多，引起皮肤光老化、光损伤、光敏性皮肤病和皮肤肿瘤等[1]。日光性皮肤病是阳光照射在皮肤上引起的表现为晒后数小时外露肤上发生弥漫性的、鲜红色的红斑，严重可伴部分水肿，更严重会衍变为水疱和风团，偶尔伴灼痒的皮肤科常见的一种急性光毒反应。氟芬那酸丁酯软膏，临床也称为布特软膏，为氟芬那酸衍生物，临床用于治疗日光性皮炎效果明显[2]，该院皮肤科收集在2012年11月份—2014年4月收治的日光性皮炎患者中随机选取70例作为实验探讨，现报道如下。……
