纤溶酶联合血塞通治疗急性脑梗死临床探讨

[摘要]目的探讨以纤溶酶联合血塞通对急性脑梗死进行治疗所得到临床效果。方法整群选择2014年4月—2015年3月曾在该院接受治疗的急性脑梗死患者108例，以随机方式分为观察组与对照组，对照组中患者选择血塞通进行治疗，观察组中患者在对照组基础上联合纤溶酶进行治疗。结果对照组中患者临床有效率为74.1%，观察组中患者临床总有效率能够达到92.6%；观察组中患者治疗前后评分平均为(26.6±8.6)分、(8.4±2.4)分，对照组中患者治疗前后评分分别为平均(26.8± 8.8)分、(14.5±3.5)分；观察组患者治疗前后神经功能缺损程度评分与对照组相比明显较优秀；两组患者均无严重不良反应发生。结论以纤溶酶联合血塞通对急性脑梗死进行治疗能够得到较理想临床效果，可有效改善患者临床症状，增强患者神经功能，并且不会发生严重不良反应。

Plasmin Combined with Xuesaitong in the Treatment of Acute Cerebral In鄄farction
