【摘  要】运用文献资料法，对紧张的医患关系生成的原因进行了一番浅层的探因。主要从患者和医者两个角度出发，着重于患者矛盾的心理状况，包括治愈期望与治愈效果的落差，患者文化素养的高低和维权意识的扩大化;以及医者人文精神的缺失，包括医疗指标的量化、传统的遗落、医护人员的素养。

Abstract：Through the method of literature，to explore the reason for the tension generated by the doctor-patient relationship crudely.Mainly from the view of patient and the doctor，emphasizing on the perspective of the patient's contradictory psychological state including the gap of cured expectations and healing effect，the patient's educational and emotional level，rights awareness of enlargement;and the lack of human spirit of healer，including medical indicators quantify，the traditional left behind，medical literacy.

医患矛盾虽是由来已久，却是愈演愈烈，成为当今社会难以调和的一场大是非。构建社会主义和谐社会，化解医患矛盾，摆平医患是非，和谐医患关系是其职责所在，义务所履。因此针对医患是非进行追根溯源、原因探析，是构建和谐医患关系的充分必要条件，进而为伟大中国梦的实现添砖加瓦。

1 患者的矛盾心理

矛盾的形成，是双方共同作用下的结果。医患是非，患者是首当其冲的研究对象。特别是在当下经济社会高速发展，科学技术日新月异的时代，人们对健康的追求，对幸福的渴望，对社会的认识已不可同日而语。因此，对待与健康息息相关的医院和医护人员，人们信之却又疑之，爱之却又恨之。与医院和医护人员的关系，就在这矛盾的心理拉锯战中形成，最终的是与非亦由此演变而来。

1.1 治疗期望与治疗效果的落差

在我国有一个词叫做“求医问药”，它漓淋尽致地表现了患者面对疾病不知所措，而不得不向医院寻求帮助的一种状态。一个“求”字就将患者的姿态和地位摆在了不对等的关系上。……
