【摘  要】目的 对我院检验科的感染原因进行详细的分析，探索出相应的有效管理措施，以降低感染几率。方法 总结近年来我院检验科发生感染事件的多种原因，从多方面进行分析，并依据发生原因寻求有效的管理对策。结果 我院检验科发生感染人员的原因较为复杂，与众多因素有关联，主要源于得不到院内的重视，没有严格的规章制度做保障，检验人员的自我防护意识较差，再加上科内所使用的设施较为陈旧而引发了不同程度的感染。结论 为了降低检验科的感染几率，首先院内领导必须予以高度重视，将检验人员的安全放在重要的位置，制定并完善相关的规章制度，及时更新院内陈旧的硬件设施来保证检验人员的顺利操作;同时还应对检验人员加强防护意识培训，增强自我防护意识和更新工作观念，为检验人员提供一个安全良好的工作环境，从而降低院内感染几率。

Abstract：Objective  In our hospital clinical laboratory infection causes of a detailed analysis to explore the effective management of corresponding measures，in order to reduce risk.Methods Summarized in recent years，our hospital clinical laboratory infection happened a variety of reasons，in many ways is analyzed，and according to the causes to seek effective management countermeasures.Results The cause of hospital infections occurred clinical laboratory personnel is relatively complex，and related to many factors，mainly due to can not get the attention of the hospital，no strict regulations for protection and inspection personnel of the ego protection consciousness is poorer，plus families within the facilities used by older and led to a different degree of infection.Conclusion In order to reduce the infection rate of clinical laboratory，the first hospital leadership must be attached great importance to，will the safety of the inspectors in the important position，formulate and improve relevant rules and regulations，update in the old hardware facilities to ensure successful operation of the inspection personnel，Also deal with inspection personnel to strengthen protection consciousness training，enhance the self protection consciousness and the concept of updating work，inspection personnel to provide a safe and good working environment，thereby to reduce hospital infection risk.

检验科在我院为主要的科室，由于每天接诊的病人多为带菌患者，病原微生物相对集中，其发生感染的几率相对较大，也是引发院内感染的重要科室。检验人员的工作较其他科室的工作量大，受感染的几率也较大。为了减少院内感染的发生，应对检验科发生感染的原因进行分析，从而寻求出一套有效的管理对策，现将我院检验科近年来发生感染的原因进行详细的分析，并给予有针对性的管理方法，以降低我科的感染发生率。……
