【摘  要】本文结合实际探讨综合护理干预对妇科恶性肿瘤患者术后化疗的影响，从而得出结论：要想使妇科恶性肿瘤患者得到良好的化疗效果，除了要对其进行必要的化疗之外，还需要针对恶性肿瘤患者患者的特点，对其进行有针对的护理。只有这样，才可以巩固恶性肿瘤患者的化疗效果，提高恶性肿瘤患者的生存质量。

Abstract：This paper to explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on chemotherapy in patients with gynecological malignancies，thus draws the conclusion：in order to make the patients with gynecological malignant tumor received chemotherapy effect isgood，in addition to the necessary chemotherapy on the outside，also need according to the characteristics of patients with malignant tumor，itstargeted nursing.Only in this way，it can strengthen the effect of chemotherapy in patients with malignant tumor，improve the quality of life of patients with malignant tumor.

惡性肿瘤是妇科常见的肿瘤之一，严重影响着广大女性朋友的身体健康和生活质量。当前，治疗妇科恶性肿瘤的方法就是对患者进行化疗^[1]。但是，在化疗的过程中，患者需要受到疾病的威胁和化疗副作用的影响，身心遭受严重痛苦。因此，要想使患者得到更好的化疗效果，提高患者的生存质量，还需要针对患者的特点，对其进行有针对性的护理。现将我科近两年收治的50例恶性肿瘤患者化疗后的护理体会介绍如下，以探讨综合护理干预对妇科恶性肿瘤患者术后化疗的影响。

1临床资料

将本院近两年收治的50例妇科恶性肿瘤患者作为本次研究对象，年龄27～67岁。宫颈癌25例、卵巢癌15例、子宫内膜癌10例。所有患者均进行了化疗治疗，均接受了精心的护理。通过观察患者化疗后的副反应，评价患者满意度和护理服务质量，发现患者发生恶心、呕吐、便秘、腹泻等不良反应的几率有所降低，患者的满意度高达98%，护理治疗达标率高达98%。

2护理方法

2.1心理护理  实践提示，要想使妇科恶性肿瘤患者得到最佳的化疗效果，给予其精神支持是非常重要的。……
