【摘 要】随着我国经济的发展，许多大中城市都制定了集中供热的中长期规划。热源厂是集中供热的源头，锅炉房又是热源厂中最大的建筑。锅炉房的总体设计不仅仅满足于工艺、功能的要求，而且逐渐向简洁及空间组合相协调的方向发展。过去人们对锅炉房的概念，一般都与脏、乱、劳动强度大等联系在一起，在锅炉房的设计中往往会忽视其整洁的一面，把锅炉房选型和场地布置放在一个从属地位，因此以往不少锅炉房建筑造型简陋，场地紧张杂乱，安全运行和安装检修存在较多隐患。随着城市的扩大和供热工程的发展，对锅炉房总体设计需新的理念。

【Abstract】With China's economic development， many cities have developed a long-term planning of central heating. Heat plant is the source of central heating， boiler room and heat plant is the largest building. The overall design of the boiler room not satisfied the requirements of the process， function， and gradually to the simple combination of coordination and spatial orientation. People used the concept of the boiler room，usually with dirty， labor-intensive and so linked，in the boiler room of the design tend to ignore its clean side of the boiler room selection and site layout in a subordinate position Therefore the past，many boiler room building modeling simple， tight space clutter， safe operation and maintenance of the installation， there are more risks.As cities expand and heating projects，the overall design of the boiler room needs new ideas.

1.鍋炉房的位置的选择

锅炉房的位置尽可能选择在供热区域的中心，而且尽可能位于交通便利的地方，这样可以减少供热管道的铺设，减少热量的损失，同时也有利于燃料、灰渣的运送。由于锅炉房是具有一定爆炸性危险的建筑，其对周围的危害性极大，因此对新建锅炉房的位置应设置在独立的建筑物内。在住宅建筑物内设置锅炉房，不仅存在安全问题，而且还有环保问题，无论从大气污染还是噪声污染等方面看，都不应该将锅炉房设置在住宅建筑物内。

2.锅炉房的荷载的选取

锅炉间楼面常作为安装及检修锅炉的平台，在生产使用或安装检修时，设备、管道、运输工具会产生局部荷载，因此锅炉间楼面活荷载，应根据工艺设备安装和检修的荷载要求确定。……
