摘要：目的：研究长期接触电脑对女性卵泡发育及排卵影响。方法：选择400例因不孕症而需要进行卵泡监测的孕龄妇女为研究对象，按照电脑操作时间将患者分为对照组（平均每月操作<2小时）和接触组（电脑操作>1年，每天>1小时）。经阴道超声观察并记录排卵期前一周左右卵泡发育大小、排卵期卵泡大小、排卵期盆腔间接征象及优势卵泡排卵期不排卵或卵泡囊性化等情况。结果：长期从事电脑操作的不孕女性其排卵障碍高于不接触电脑操作的女性，两组之间差异有统计学意义（P < 0.05）。结论：通过研究得出电脑操作对卵泡发育及排卵障碍有一定的影响，可以为女性在生育前进行孕前宣教提供科学依据。

Abstract：Objective：To study the effect of long-term exposure to computer on the development of female ovarian follicles and ovulation. Method：Select 400 pregnant women who need to be monitored for infertility and the gestational age women who need to be monitored for infertility；Patients were divided into control group（average monthly operation is less than 2 hours） and contact group （computer operation >1year，>1 hours a day）according to computer operation time. By transvaginal ultrasound to observe and record the ovulation period before a week or so follicular size， ovulatory follicle size， ovulation period of pelvic indirect signs and advantages of follicular ovulation anovulation and cystic follicles of. Result： Women who had been engaged in computer operation for a long time were higher than those in women who had no access to computer operations， and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P < 0.05）.Conclusion： Through the study of that computer operation on the follicular development and ovulation disorders have certain effect， can provide scientific basis for pre pregnancy education of women before the birth.

通過超声检查对卵泡进行监测是直接观察女性卵泡发育及排卵情况的重要方法，对临床诊断有着重要的指导意义。本研究对我院400例不孕症患者进行超声检查，以讨论长期接触电脑对女性卵泡发育及排卵影响，从而为现代职业女性不孕症的防治提供科学依据。

1 对象与方法

1.1 研究对象 400例自愿参加该研究的女性，符合以下条件：患者平素月经规则（周期28～35天，经期3～6天），无任何其它妇产科疾病史及内分泌疾病史，无妇产科手术史，参加该研究前3个月无激素服用史，并排除男方配偶有不育症史，患者也均知情同意。按照电脑操作时间将患者分为；两组即对照组（平均每月操作<2小时）和接触组（电脑操作>1年，每天>1小时），每组各200例。年龄：接触组29.99±4.83岁，对照组30.72±4.92岁 （P>0.05，两组年龄差异无统计学意义）。

1.2 方法 检查仪器为迈瑞DC超声诊断仪，6.0MHz阴道探头。检查前嘱患……
