摘要：口腔健康已经被世界卫生组织纳入评价人类健康水平的重要指标，保持口腔卫生是人的生理需求，口腔护理是身体健康护理不可分割的，如何有效地提高口腔护理是口腔护理学界重大前沿课题之一，从事护理相关的人员有责任来提高人们对口腔护理的认识，重视以清洁为目的的口腔护理，从而维持口腔卫生提高生活质量。以下简介了相关护理人员对口腔护理认识和相关的护理方法。

Abstract：Oral health is an important measure that has been incorporated into the evaluation of the human health level ， good oral hygiene is the people's physiological need， oral care and health care is indivisible， how to effectively improve the oral care is oral nursing profession major research topic， relevant personnel in the nursing have the responsibility to raise awareness of oral care knowledge， pay attention to the oral care that is for the purpose of clean， so as to maintain oral health and improve the quality of life. 口腔是机体与外界相同的重要通道，其内部环境特别适合病原微生物的寄居和繁殖[1].口腔护理是临床护理工作中的一项重要内容，是保持口腔清洁、预防疾病的重要手段[2]。要保护好口腔，首先得对口腔相关护理有所认识，以下就口腔护理的认识与方法和大家探讨。

1、对口腔内环境的认识

1.1口腔黏膜干燥度对口腔环境的影响

唾液是一种由下颌腺、肋腺和舌下腺分泌的液体和口腔壁上许多小粘液腺分泌的粘液，在口腔里混合而成的无色且稀薄的消化液，能冲刷、稀释和清洁口腔内的细菌，影响着口腔的生态平衡，PH为6.6到7.1，99%是水，正常人每日分泌量约为1.0到1.5升。因此，唾液的分泌量对口腔生态平衡有着不可忽视的意义[3]。临床中发现，在口腔护理黏膜干燥程度越重的患者，和失去口腔自洁能力的患者，口腔pH左偏移现象明显，口腔pH均为酸性，由于口腔内环境温暖湿润，口腔pH酸性无疑为微生物生长繁殖提供了极好的条件，使得耐酸菌不断生长，从而发生口腔并发症[4]。……
