摘要：目的：探讨干扰素联合咪喹莫特乳膏应用于预防尖锐湿疣复发的效果。方法： 选取我院收治的130例尖锐湿疣患者，将其随机分为观察组以及对照组，每组65例，观察组给予重组人干扰素ɑ-2b凝胶联合咪喹莫特乳膏治疗，对照组单独采用重组人干扰素ɑ-2b凝胶，比较两组患者的治疗效果、复发率以及不良反应情况。结果： 观察组治疗有效率为96.92%（63/65），对照组为83.08%（54/65），组间比较有明显差异（X2=6.391，P<0.05）。观察组中复发率为3.18%，对照组复发率为12.31%，组间比较有明显差异，P<0.05。结论： 干扰素联合咪喹莫特乳膏应用于预防尖锐湿疣复发的效果显著，安全性高，值得临床推广应用。

Abstract：objective To study the effect of using Interferon combine imiquimod Cream applied to prevent the recurrence of condyloma acuminatum. Methods 130 cases of patients with condyloma acuminatum in our hospital， were randomly divided into observation group and control group， 65 cases in each group. Human recombinant interferon ɑ - 2 b gel in combination with theimiquimod cream was applied in the observation group， human recombinant interferon ɑ - 2 b gel in the control group. The therapeutic effect， recurrence rate and adverse reactions in two groups were compared. Results The treatment effective rate was 96.92% （63/65） in observation group ， 83.08% （54/65） in the control group..The recurrence rate was 3.18% in observation group， 12.31% in control group. Differences between groups were statistically significant， （all P < 0.05）.Conclusion The effect of Interferon combine imiquimod Cream using in the prevention of recurrence of condyloma acuminatum is remarkable， high safety， which is worthy of clinical popularization and application.

尖锐湿疣（CA）是人乳头瘤病毒感染所引起的性传播疾病，臨床上往往迁延不愈，对患者的生活质量产生了十分严重的影响，目前主要的治疗方法有微波、二氧化碳激光、液氮冷冻治疗，胆汁这些方法治疗后均容易出现复发情况，药物治疗方面干扰素是常用的方法[1]，干扰素ɑ-2b是由160多个氨基酸共同组成的蛋白质，能够起到抗病毒以及提高免疫功能的效果，但是单一疗法仍容易出现复发，咪喹莫特乳膏是一种新型免疫反应诱导剂，可以诱导细胞因子的形成，起到显著的抗肿瘤活性[2]，本研究就两种药物共同应用于尖锐湿疣的治疗及对其复发预防的效果作如下分析。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

选择我院2013年1月-2015年1月间收治的CA患者130例，所有患者均经临床以及组织病理确诊，排除自身免疫性疾病、皮肤光过敏、严重的内脏疾病患者，将其随机分为观察组以及对照组，每组65例，其中观察组中男41例，女24例，年龄18-58岁，平均年龄41.2±4.8岁，皮损形状：乳头状18例，菜花状36例，鸡冠状11例，皮损大小为0.5-2cm，平均1.3±0.2cm。……
