[摘 要] 近年来，大数据在我国得到广泛的应用。随着大数据技术的不断完善，我国互联网投融资领域积极利用大数据开展业务。本文简要阐述了互联网投融资平台的概念和特点、P2P信贷、众筹融资以及大数据在互联网投融资平台中的应用。

Study on the Application of Internet Investment and Financing Platformin the Big Data Era

Abstract：In recent years， the big data has been widely used in our country. With the continual improvement of big data technology， the internet investment and financing platform used big data to do business actively in our country. This paper briefly introduced the concept and characteristics of the Internet investment and financing platform， peer-to-peer lending， crowd founding and the application of the big data in the internet investment and financing platform.

繼云计算、物联网后，大数据在IT产业掀起了又一次颠覆性的技术变革。互联网金融的本质是金融，金融的本质是信用。大数据技术提供的结构性和非结构性的信用数据，为构建互联网金融信用体系提供了基础和保障。未来金融相关业务的发展将围绕大数据展开，拥有大数据与技术的公司将拥有极大机会。由于传统金融无法满足国内中小微企业需求，现阶段互联网企业也借助大数据的力量创立了互联网投融资平台，创新投融资服务。

1 互联网投融资平台概述

互联网投融资平台是互联网企业搭建的进行投融资服务的平台，主要功能是充当网络投融资的中介作用，建立普惠金融体系。

互联网投融资平台的特点：首先，客户覆盖面广。服务对象从高收入群体扩展到城市白领、中小微企业、弱势产业，使得低收入群体、初始创业者以及中小微企业获得了更多直接或间接的投融资机会，真正做到了有效且全方位地为社会所有阶层和群体提供金融服务。其次，互联网投融资平台可以在大众化的市场力量的作用下，使资源得到最优配置。……
