[摘要] 目的 探讨针对严重眼外伤患者，观察选择玻璃体切割术完成治疗后获得的临床效果。方法 整群选择该院2013年2月—2015年2月严重眼外伤患者36例（36眼）。针对所有患者临床选择玻璃体切割术进行治疗。对比治疗前后，患者视力表现出的差异。 结果 所有严重眼外伤患者分别完成临床治疗后，功能痊愈共包括25眼，解剖痊愈包括10眼，未愈包括1眼。手术前无光感患者1例，光感为-0.05患者26例，光感为0.06～0.1患者9例，光感为0.2～0.3患者；手术后，无光感患者0例，光感为-0.05患者3例，光感为0.06～0.1患者25例，光感为0.2～0.3患者8例；患者的视力获得显著提高，同手术前比较，表现差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 严重眼外伤患者，临床选择玻璃体切割术进行治疗，能够获得显著效果，能够将眼外伤患者的视力有效提高，并且临床表现出的并发症较少，凸显玻璃体切割术的临床应用价值。

Clinical Analysis of Pars Plana Vitrectomy for Severe Ocular Trauma in 36 Cases

[Abstract] Objective To discuss the outcomes following pars plana vitrectomy （PPV） in patients with severe ocular trauma. Methods 36 eyes of 36 patients with severe ocular trauma admitted to our hospital between February 2013 and February 2015 were included. All of them underwent PPV and their visual acuity before and after treatment was compared. Results Treatment performed on all the patients led to functional recovery in 25 eyes， anatomic recovery on 10 eyes and 1 eye uncured. Before treatment， there were 1 case of no light perception， 26 cases of light perception to 0.05， 9 cases of 0.06-0.1， 0 cases of 0.2-0.3， while after treatment， there were 0 case of no light perception， 3 cases of light perception to 0.05， 25 cases of 0.06-0.1， 8 cases of 0.2-0.3. The visual acuity of patients after treatment improved significantly， and there was statistical difference compared to that before， P<0.05. Conclusion For patients with severe ocular trauma， PPV can effectively improve their visual acuity with less complications， therefore it is of great clinical value.

眼外伤属于眼科较为普遍的一种疾病，针对闭合性损伤患者以及开放性损伤患者，往往合并表现出眼内组织损伤的情况，并且疾病情况较为复杂，如患者表现出玻璃体积血以及眼内炎等系列疾病[1]。针对眼外伤患者，临床主要选择玻璃体切割术进行治疗，能够将患者的手术成功率有效提高，将患者完成手术后出现并发症的概率有效降低[2]。为了确定玻璃体切割术的临床应用价值，该研究主要针对2013年2月—2015年2月间该院收治的眼外伤患者，临床选择玻璃体切割术完成治疗后，最终获得确切效果，现报道如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

整群选择该院2013年2月—2015年2月36例（36眼）严重眼外伤患者。患者的年龄范围为15～66岁，平均年龄为（39.3±1.9）岁；患者的损伤部位为：左眼20例，右眼16例。……
