三系法杂交粳稻品种金粳优132的选育

摘 要:为中早粳晚熟稻区改良杂交粳稻稻米品质,提高粳稻单位面积产量,采用杂种优势利用方法,在育成优良BT型三系不育系金粳13A和恢复系津恢2号的基础上,组配高产、优质、多抗杂交粳稻品种金粳优132,经国家北方稻区中早粳晚熟组2008—2009年区域试验,金粳优132号平均单产9.81 t·hm-2,比对照金珠1号增产12.94%;2012年生产试验平均单产9.97 t·hm-2,比对照增产13.7%。2010年通过国家农作物品种审定委员会审定,准予在辽宁省南部、北京市、天津市稻区种植。金粳优132是我国北方稻区首个米质达国标优质稻谷1级标准的国审杂交粳稻品种。

Abstract:To improve the quality and increase the yield of the hybrid japonica rice in middle-early japonica rice region, a three-line hybrid japonica combination Jinjingyou 132 with high yield, good quality and multiple resistance was developed from the cross between BT-type CMS line Jinjing13A and restoration line Jinhui 2. The average yield of Jinjingyou132 was 9.81 t·hm-2,10.5 percent higher than that of control in national multiple-location regional experiment during 2008—2009, and the average yield was 9.97 t·hm-2, 13.7 percent higher than that of control in national rice productive experiment in 2009. Jinjingyou132 was registered by National Crop Variety Approval Committee in 2010 so that it can be planted in south Liaoning, Tianjin and Beijing. Jinjingyou 132 was the first national registered rice variety which attained the first class level of the national rice quality standard in north rice region.

水稻是我国单产和总产最高的粮食作物[1-3],籼稻和粳稻是中国水稻两大栽培亚种,以秦岭至淮河一线分界,大致呈现“南籼北粳”分布态势,近年来粳米消费逐渐南移,粳米需求量渐渐增加[4-6]。我国常年粳稻播种面积866.7万hm2,主要分布在27个省、自治区、直辖市。中早粳晚熟稻区是我国优质粳稻产区,包括辽宁省南部、北京市、天津市,其中盘锦大米、小站稻享誉国内外[7-9]。杂种优势利用可以显著提高单产,但杂交粳稻品种综合米质普遍不及常规粳稻品种,限制了杂交粳稻的发展[10]。

为选育优质杂交粳稻品种并应用于中早粳晚熟稻区水稻生产,天津市水稻研究所用自育优质粳型BT细胞质三系不育系金粳13A和自育恢复系津恢2号配制杂交组合,成功选育出米质达国标优质稻谷1级标准的三系杂交粳稻品种金粳优132,并于2010年通过国家农作物品种审定委员会审定(审定编号:国审稻2010051)。……
