摘 要：结合我国1978—2013年农业产业和农民收入的数据分析二者的协调性关系，使用设计统计指标的定量研究方法发现，农业产业内部结构与农民收入结构的变异系数值波动较大，结构偏离度呈差异化分布，农业内部各部门的人均收入率存在着很大的差异，弹性系数值较小等现象。可以看出，我国农业的产业内部结构、农民收入结构在不断调整，但是农业产业内部结构与农民收入结构的协调性较差，农业产业内部结构与农民收入结构还没有形成良性的互动机制。这既限制了农业产业内部结构自身的优化调整，又限制了农民收入结构的调整。

Study on Internal Structure of Agriculture Industry and Farmers' Income Structure Coordination

Abstract： Using design statistical indicators of quantitative research method and combining with China's 1978-2013， agriculture industry and farmers income data， the two relations coordination was analysed. Find internal structure of agriculture industry and farmers' income structure volatile value of the coefficient of variation， the structure deviation degree distribution was differentiation， per capita income of the internal departments of agriculture， there were a lot of difference between the phenomenon such as smaller values of the modulus of elasticity. Our country agriculture industry internal structure， the structure of the farmers' income in constantly adjusted； But the internal structure of agriculture industry and farmers' income structure of coordination was poorer， internal structure of agriculture industry and farmers' income structure had not yet formed the benign interaction mechanism. It limited the adjust of the agricultural industry and the farmers' income structure.

农业产业内部结构的优化调整是实现农业部门与非农业部门相衔接并释放农业剩余劳动力、改善农民收入结构、提高农民收入水平的重要举措。改革开放以来，我国政府高度重视农业产业内部结构的优化升级，积极推动农、林、牧、渔业的发展并取得了一定的成绩。国家统计局数据显示：1978—2013年，我国第一产业增加值由1 018.4亿元增加至5 5321.7亿元，增长了53.32倍，增速很快；农村居民家庭平均每人纯收入从133.6元增加至8 895.9元，增长了65.59倍。从农村居民家庭平均量来看，每人农业纯收入由17.9元增加至2 106.8元，增长了116.70倍；每人林业纯收入由0元增加至103.7元；每人牧业纯收入由15.9元增加至441元，增长了26.74倍；每人渔业纯收入由0元增加至70.7元。……
