铁素缺乏对库尔勒香梨植株含水率、灰分率的影响

摘 要:因缺铁而引起的叶片失绿黄化是新疆塔里木盆地钙质土壤上栽培的库尔勒香梨的一种严重生理性病害。香梨黄化症的早期诊断主要依赖于树体铁素含量分析。本研究通过香梨木质部含水率、灰分率的研究,分析了香梨不同器官的含水量。结果表明:缺铁黄化病对香梨含水率、灰分率有一定影响。整个年生长季, 正常树各器官的含水量低于黄化树,但并未达到显著水平。香梨各部位含水率与灰分率呈反比趋势,叶柄含水率最高,灰分率最低;根部含水率最低,灰分率最高。香梨各器官含水率可将鲜基有效铁含量测定值转换为单位体积汁液有效铁含量,为香梨黄化病诊断提供理论数据。

Effects of Iron Deficiency o n Water Content and Ash Rate of Korla Pear Plant

Abstract: Iron-deficient chlorosis was an important nutritional disorder of Kuerle fragrant pear (Pyrus Bretschneideri Rehd.) grown in calcareous soil in Southern Xinjiang. Measurement of iron concentration in xylem sap will be depends on the diagnosis and treatment of the disorder. This study through the xylem water pear rate, the rate of ash, analyzed the water content of different organs of pear. The result showed that chlorosis rate has a certain effect on the moisture content, ash content of pear. During the whole growing season, the water content of normal organ tree is lower than the yellow tree, but did not reach significant level. Water rate in different organs of pear can converse measurate fresh medium effective iron content value into per unit volume of juice content of active iron, and this can provide theoretical data for pear yellow disease diagnosis.

新疆南疆塔里木盆地绿洲地带多为典型的碱性钙质化土壤,pH值多在8.2以上[1]。库尔勒香梨(以下简称香梨)常因土壤缺铁而发生叶片失绿症 [2]。
水分是植物重要的组成部分之一,植物组织的含水量是反应植物组织水分生理状况的重要指标,例如水果含水量对其品质有一定影响,种子含水量对其贮藏有重要意义。植物体内除了水分以外剩下的主要为干物质组成[3]。含水量的多少是反映植物生理状态和成熟度的指标之一,含水量过高,容易导致植物倒伏;含水量过低容易导致萎蔫。测量植物含水率的意义一方面在于各部位构件的含水率在一定程度上能反映出干物质积累的程度[4],另一方面也是农作物产品品质鉴定和判断其是否适于贮藏的重要标准。……
