[摘要] 目的 探讨儿童牙颌畸形预防措施和早期治疗效果。方法 该研究随机选取儿童牙颌畸形40例，均为该院2013年8月—2014年8月收治的，其中开牙合5例，前牙反牙合11例，深覆牙合4例，前牙拥挤9例，牙间隙宽3例，下颌后缩8例，针对畸形，制定相应的矫正方案。 结果 该选取的40例患者，效果均较理想，满意度为100%，随访示无并发症和其它明显异常畸形。矫正前磨牙位移（5.86±0.77）mm，矫正后为（3.73±0.33）mm，患儿磨牙位移明显缩小，切牙凸距减小量明显增大，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 加大牙颌畸形预防和治疗力度，可维持儿童口腔健康水平。

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the effects of prevention and early treatment of dentognathic deformity in children. Methods 40 cases of children with dentognathic deformity admitted in our hospital from August 2013 and August 2014 were selected： including open bite in 5 cases， anterior crossbite in 11 cases， deep overbite in 4 cases， crowded anterior teeth in 9 cases， tooth gap width in 3 cases， mandibular retrusion in 8 cases. Correction schemes were developed correspondingly for them. Results Of all the 40 cases， the effect was ideal with satisfaction of 100%， and no complications and other obvious anomaly were found in the follow-up. Correction of premolar displacement （5.86±0.77） mm， after correction for the （3.73±0.33） mm， children with molar displacement was reduced， incisor protrusion distance decrease significantly increased， there were significant differences （P<0.05）. Conclusion Intensifying of the prevention and treatment for dentognathic deformity can keep the oral health condition of children.

现代儿童牙病领域，上颌畸形为好发类型，也称错牙合，是指在成长发育过程中，因后天环境因素或先天家族遗传因素，影响到颅面、颌骨、牙的正常发育，进而造成颌骨形态、上下牙弓间颌关节位置异常，牙齿排列不齐，对儿童成长发育造成不良影响。随着公众对牙齿美观和整齐的要求提高，分析牙颌畸形形成原因，并加强预防，早期矫正，是临床研究的重点[1]。为探讨儿童牙颌畸形预防措施和早期治疗效果，该现分析2013年8月—2014年8月该院收治的儿童乐颌畸形40例的临床资料，报道如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

随机选取儿童牙颌畸形40例，为研究对象其中男25例，女15例，年龄4～12岁，总结牙颌畸形类型，其中开牙合5例，前牙反牙合11例，深覆牙合4例，前牙拥挤9例，牙间隙宽3例，下颌后缩8例。对该实验均知情同意。
