[摘要]目的 探讨伤口床准备原则在III、IV期压疮患者中的应用效果。方法 选取该院2013年6月—2014年6月期间收治的62例III、IV期压疮患者为研究对象，根据随机分组法将其分为对照组和观察组，对照组采取传统常规处理方法，观察组患者采用伤口处准备原则进行处理，并比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果 观察组患者治愈17例，有效13例，无效1例，总有效率为96.8%，对照组患者治愈14例，有效10例，无效7例，总有效率为77.4%，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 运用伤口准备原则处理III和IV期压疮临床效果明显，该方法值得在临床推广应用。

Effect of Wound Bed Preparation Principles Applied to Ⅲ and Ⅳ Stage Pressure Sores

[Abstract]Objective To explore the effect of wound bed preparation principles applied to Ⅲ and Ⅳ stage pressure sores. Methods 62 patients with III， IV stage pressure sores admitted in our hospital from June 2013 to June 2014 were selected as the subjects and divided into the control group and the observation group in accordance with the random grouping method. The control group were treated by the conventional treatment method， and the observation group were treated by the wound bed preparation principles. And the patient outcome was compared between the two groups. Results In the observation group， 17 cases were cured， the treatment effect was effective in 13 cases， ineffective in 1 case， the overall response rate was 96.8%； in the control group， 14 cases were cured， effective in 10 cases， ineffective in 7 cases， the overall response rate was 77.4%， the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P<0.05）. Conclusion Wound bed preparation principles applied to the treatment of III and IV stage pressure sores have significant clinical effect， which are worthy of clinical application and promotion.

压力性溃疡或压疮是指由于身体局部组织长时间受压，使得血液循环障碍和组织营养缺失，导致皮肤失去原有正常功能而引发的组织坏死。压疮是临床上长期卧床患者最为常见的一类并发症，发病率较高，目前约有20%长期需照料的患者受到压疮不同程度的困扰[1]。压疮的发生不仅为卧床压疮患者造成了很大程度的心理和生理痛苦，还造成患者生活质量显著降低和康复延缓，特别是严重压疮患者经久不愈，往往出现严重感染或全身衰竭，甚至危及患者生命安全[2]。伤口床准备原则是近几年来处理伤口思维的新方向，含义主要是将影响压疮创面愈合的局部障碍性因素清除，然后促进自身伤口愈合或补充其他治疗方法的临床效果而进行的伤口管理。Sehultz等认为伤口准备理念已成为目前伤口处理的……
