[摘要] 目的 探究骨外伤患者实施舒适护理结合生命力保养的临床效果，并为这类患者最优化护理积累循证经验。 方法 选取2010年4月～2012年3月博罗县杨侨镇卫生院（以下简称“我院”）骨科收治的37例骨外伤患者为对照组，实施舒适护理模式；选取2012年4月～2014年3月我院骨科收治的40例骨外伤患者为研究组，在对照组基础上开展生命力保养。干预前及干预4周末采用SF-36量表对两组患者进行生活质量评分并进行护理满意度问卷测评，同时采用视觉模拟评分（VAS）法评估干预前后两组患者的疼痛程度。 结果 干预前两组生活质量及VAS评分比较差异无统计学意义（P > 0.05）。干预后，研究组各项生活质量评分均高于对照组，VAS评分低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P < 0.05）。研究组护理满意度为97.5%，高于对照组的83.8%，差异有统计学意义（P < 0.05）。 结论 舒适护理结合生命力保养应用于骨外伤患者，能促进其生活质量的改善，并利于护理满意度的提高，取得较为满意的临床成效。

Effect of comfortable nursing combined with vitality maintenance in patients with bone trauma

[Abstract] Objective To explore the clinical effect of comfortable nursing combined with vitality maintenance intervention applied in patients with bone trauma. Methods 37 cases of bone trauma patients from April 2010 to March 2012 in Yangqiaozhen Hospital of Boluo County （“our hospital” for short） were selected as control group， and they were given the nursing of comfortable nursing mode. 40 cases of bone trauma patients from April 2012 to March 2014 in our hospital were selected as study group， and they were given the nursing of comfortable nursing combined with vitality maintenance intervention. Before and 4 weeks after intervention， the SF-36 scale were used to evaluate the quality of life of patients in two groups and nursing satisfaction were investigated by questionnaire. Results Before intervention， scores of life quality of the two groups had no statistically significant difference （P > 0.05）. After the intervention， scores of life quality of the study group were higher than those of the control group， and VAS score of the study group was lower than that of the control group， the differences were statistically significant （P < 0.05）. The nursing satisfaction of the study group was 97.5%， which was higher than that of the control group （83.8%）， the difference was statistically significant （P < 0.05）. Conclusion Comfortable nursing combined with vitality maintenance can promote the life quality of patients with bone trauma， improve nursing satisfaction， and obtain satisfactory clinical effect.

伴随着近年来交通运输行业的快速发展，骨外伤的发病率呈逐年攀升之势，正是基于其表现出的病情危重性以及高致残率，已引起该领域内相关医务人员的极大重视[1]。骨外伤是指经外界作用力影响下，导致骨骼的连续性受到破坏，不仅会出现解剖结构的改变，还会使患者出现躯体上的极度不适感，两者相加会明显降低患者的生活质量[2]。由于骨外伤患者的病情康复是一个长期过程，而优质的医疗服务则是促进其预后的前提条件[3]。舒适护理模式是当代优质护理服务的体现，它深受患者及医院管理层的青睐，已成为院内经典护理方式[4]。在不……
