摘要 脱毒马铃薯费乌瑞它原原种在同等条件下，明显表现出大粒种薯比小粒种薯产量高，原原种大小2.0～2.5 g、2.5～3.5 g、3.5 g以上的处理产量分别为15 390、18 015、18 550 kg/hm2，与原原种大小1.0～1.5 g的处理（14880 kg/hm2）相比，增幅分别为3.4%、21.1%、24.7%。出苗率随种薯重量增加而显著增加，分别比原原种大小1.0～1.5 g的处理增加2.5%、12.5%、15.0%。薯块个数和薯重均随着种薯重量的增加而增加。

Effect of Virus-free Potato Favovita Breeder′s Stock Size on Yield

Abstract Under the same conditions，it showed distinctly that large seeds of detoxified potato Favorita had a higher yield than small ones.Compared with 14 880 kg/hm2 under size of potato seeds was 1.0～1.5 g，size of potato seeds were 2.0～2.5 g，2.5～3.5 g，>3.5 g had a yield of 15 390，18 015 and 18 550 kg/hm2，with an increase of 3.4%，21.1% and 24.7% respectively.The rate of emergence increaseed significantly with the weight of potato seeds.Compared with the minimum size of potato seeds，an increase of 2.5%，12.5% and 15.0% had been found respectively.The number and weight of potatoes also increaseed with the weight of potato seeds.

随着脱毒马铃薯越来越广泛地被应用于生产中，其产量和生产优势也更加凸显，因此对脱毒马铃薯的原原种质量要求更加严格。如何充分利用原原种扩大繁殖系数，尽快满足脱毒马铃薯良种生产的需要，是当前亟需解决的问题。本试验通过在自然隔离条件下种植，比较了费乌瑞它不同大小原原种对产量的影响。通过掌握不同大小原原种的生长发育规律，为大面积脱毒马铃薯扩繁生产提供相应的科学理论依据。

1 材料与方法

1.1 试验地概况

试验在遵义市汇川区泗渡镇观坝村某农户责任地实施，前作玉米，土壤为砂壤，肥力中等，海拔高度1 000 m。

1.2 供试品种

供试马铃薯品种为费乌瑞它。

1.3 试验设计

试验根据原原种重量不同设4个处理，分别为1.0～1.5 g（A）、2.0～2.5 g（B）、2.5～3.5 g（C）、3.5 g（D）以上。3次重复，随机区组排列，小区面积20 m2（5 m×4 m）。采用净作，行距50 cm，共10行，窝距0.267 m，每行15窝，每区栽150窝，共栽7.5万窝/hm2。

1.4 田间管理

于2014年2月25日用0.4%高锰酸钾溶液浸泡种薯2 h后晾干播种；播种时用复混肥（8-10-7）750 kg/hm2、牛圈肥15 t/hm2作底肥。4月6—10日出苗，4月20日追施尿素120 kg/hm2+清粪水……
