【摘要】目的 探究中医治疗冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病的临床疗效分析。方法 选取2013年1月～2013年12月来我院治疗的冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病患者进行回顾性分析，随机分成两组，即实验组与对照组，两组患者各23名。实验组采取中医治疗，对照组采取西医治疗，对比两组患者在经过各自临床治疗后的临床疗效。结果 经比较得知，采用临床中医治疗的实验组在疗效方面明显优于对照组，两组患者的临床疗效存在显著差异（P<0.05），具有统计学意义。结论 中医治疗冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病，遵循中医学基础理论，按照患者各自症状采取祛邪、扶正治疗，其临床疗效明显，值得推广及应用。

【Abstract】Objective to explore the traditional Chinese medicine in treatment of coronary atherosclerosis heart disease clinical curative effect analysis. Methods from January 2013 to December 2013 to the hospital the atherosclerotic process in the treatment of coronary heart disease patients were retrospectively analyzed， randomly divided into two groups， namely the experimental group and control group， two groups of patients with 23. Experimental group to take TCM treatment， control group treated with western medicine， compared two groups of patients after their clinical treatment clinical curative effect. Results by comparison， the clinical treatment of traditional Chinese medicine group in the aspect of curative effect was better than control group， the clinical curative effect of two groups of patients with significant differences （P<0.05）， with statistical significance. Conclusion Chinese medicine in treatment of coronary atherosclerotic heart disease， follow the traditional Chinese medicine basic theory， according to their respective symptoms in patients with take to eliminate pathogenic factors， treatment， the clinical curative effect obviously， is worth popularization and application.

冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病在中医学理论中属于心痛、胸痹范围，病理成因主要是由于粥样硬化病出现病变，从而导致患者冠状动脉过于狭窄、甚至形成闭塞，最终左右患者的冠状循环血量，严重的威胁着患者的生命[1]。冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病是临床内科中最为常见的一种多发病，且发病率始终居高不下。我院利用中医辨证理论在治疗冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病上获得了良好的临床疗效，现研究如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 临床资料

选取2013年1月～2013年12月来我院治疗的冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病患者进行回顾性分析，随机分成两组，即实验组与对照组，两组患者各23名。其中，观察组男13例，女10例，年龄45～81岁（平均年龄（63.2±2.5）；对照组男12例，女11例，年龄44～80岁平均年龄为（63.2±2.1）。所有患者均无精神病史，无神志不清，无智力障碍以及沟通障碍，两组患者在一般资料及病情程度方面无显著差异性（P>0.05），统计学有意义。……
