【摘要】目的 分析卡托普利治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床效果。方法 选取2011年1月～2013年1月来本院就诊的慢性心力衰竭患者200例。其中男性患者107例，女性患者93例。将200例患者随机平均分成治疗组与对照组进行比较，两组患者相关医学参数无差异性存在，且无统计学意义，具有可比性。（P<0.05）。相关医护人员对于对照组患者进行充分吸氧，并令患者多休息，依照患者自身病情不同，对患者分别使用强心剂，扩张血管类药物，利尿剂。实验组患者在对照组患者基础上，使用卡托普利对患者进行治疗，观察疗效。结果 相关结果证明，和对照组相比，实验组在进行系统化治疗后取得了十分显著的效果。实验组的显效率为78%，有效率21%。仅有1例患者治疗无效。对两组患者相关情况进行比较可以发现，两组患者相关数据有明显统计学意义，（P<0.05），且数据之间有明显差异性存在。结论 利用卡托普利治疗慢性心力衰竭有着显著的临床效果，值得推广应用。

【Abstract】Objective to analyze the clinical effects of Kato Pury therapy in patients with chronic heart failure. Methods from 2011 January -2013 year in January in our hospital for treatment of chronic heart failure patients in 200 cases. Among 107 cases of male patients， female patients of 93 cases. 200 cases of patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control groupwere compared， two groups of patient medical parameter without difference， and no statistically significant， comparable. （P<0.05）. The relevant medical personnel for the control group patients were full oxygen， and to make the patientmore rest， in accordance with the patient's own condition is different， respectively using cardiotonic for patients， the expansion blood vessel drugs， diuretics. The experimental group patients in the control group based on the use of Kato Purydisease， to patients for treatment， observation and treatment effect. Results thecorrelation Results show that， compared with control group， the experimental group has achieved remarkable effect in the systematic treatment after. The experimental group markedly effective rate was 78%， effective rate 21%. Only 1 cases of ill treatment is invalid. In two patients the related situation comparison can be found， there was significant in two groups of patient related data， （P<0.05）， there are obvious differences between the data and the. Conclusion the use of Kato Pury for the treatment of chronic heart failure has a significant clinical effect， it is worthy of popularization and application.

慢性心理衰竭是一种常见的综合症状。是各种心脏疾病进展的最终状态，和其他心脑血管疾病相比，慢性心力衰竭的发病率较高。当前，卡托普利是治疗慢性心力衰竭的有效药物。基于上述材料。本文特对上述结论进行验证，对他托普利治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床效果进行全面研究，现报告如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

选取2011年1月～2013年1月来本院就诊的慢性心力衰竭患者200例。其中男性患者107例，女性患者93例。患者年龄分布在46～78岁，患者平均年龄（61.2±7.5）岁，患者患病时长3.2～1.0年，患者平均患病年限（5.2±1.2）年。在20例患者中，获患扩张型心脏病患者16例，冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病患者112例，高血压心脏病患者70例，其他类型心脏病患者2例。将200例患者随机平均分成治疗组与对照组进行比较，两组患者相关医学参数无差异性存在，且无统计学意义，具有可比性（P<0.05）。

排除标准：精神障碍者，肝肾功能不全者，免疫系统疾病者等。

1.2 方法
