学生学习态度与品德之间关系

【Abstract】China always has a well reputation of ceremony since the old history, Chinese people pay much attention to the moral character, and see the character as the first and important thought when training a professional men. Attitude is the inner situation through learning and can influence personal choices. Moral character is a system , not only study but many other things, for instance the learning habit、 ideology、 life attitude. Study on the relationship between attitude and moral character is good for increasing the moral level of social person.

1.The nature of attitude

1.1 Attitude is an inner situation

Attitude is about like or dislike, receive or reject, trend or avoid, but attitude is not really the real reflection itself. It is only the situation of inner heart world. For example: a hard study student will reject playing with these who are lazy study. And these trendy will not (or not immediately) turn into the real action, or it will show up only in some certain degree.

1.2 Attitude can influenced by outside environment

Attitude can change through the interacting of person and the environment. For instance: when the bell ringed, the students are not willing to sit in the classroom, but the teacher isnt finished the class, the students have no choice but to listen again. Another example, one student who used to liking prank, but change a lot after the teacher criticized him.

1.3 Attitude is not born to be but learned.

Attitude decide one if he want to do something, its a behavior choice. Like: in the social world, one is prefer to the project which he is good at, and his learning attitude toward it is much better.

2.The nature of moral

Marx in《Capital》 once said:“people, whatever is also the social animal”. Nobody can live without the society and species group, everyone has to involve in the society, follow the social basic rules. Moral is the psychological traits when mens performance according on social rules, its a personals psychological appearance, honesty its the outcome of thought and idea.

3.The relationship between learning attitude and moral character

We have to notice that the attitude is an inner situation, and the moral is psychological expression based on a series of behavior. They have the some structure, combined with cognition、emotion and behavior. But there are still some differences between them. First, the scope is different. The scope of Attitude is larger, including the attitude to society, to work, to life, to learn, to others and their own, etc. Second, the degree of internalize value is different.

The teachers should help students create a positive attitude pattern, in the same time the teachers should help them eliminate the formed negative attitudes. The formed attitudes is not fixed, it can be changed under certain conditions. It will be helpful when the new environment is contradicted with the original attitudes. For example, a student refused to accept the criticism of the head teacher, he believed that this was the teachers fault-finding regulation, as the other teachers try to help and educate him. Later, other teachers found out the main problem caused the students' negative attitude, gradually took away his prejudice by hints, at last he changed the original resistance attitude

During the teaching period, the teachers should help students have a positive learning attitude, in this way the students will not only good at study but also will have a positive attitude towards the society and living life. This phenomenon based on two sides, one is the teacher's quality level and other is the correct attitudes of students, according to the known new information, constantly revising their original evaluation. The thoughts and actions are not static, we should put the develop view on the students, modifying the impression according to the new understanding of different situation. Avoid negative stereotype is one of the necessary premises that we have to do. We have to owe a correct understanding, follow the law and will help to improve the effect of ideological and moral education work.
