[摘要] 二仙汤是名医张伯讷教授针对更年期综合征、更年期高血压患者肾精不足、相火偏旺病机所立方剂，自立方之后，临床应用广泛，近年来，随着对二仙汤及其拆方的研究，其应用范围进一步扩大。北京市第四批名老中医药专家郭霞珍教授应用二仙汤，见解独到，尤其是在妇女各生理阶段常见疾病中的应用效果更佳。

Clinical application experience for Erxian decoction of professor Guo Xia-zhen

[Abstract] Erxian decoction is created by the famous doctor and professor Zhang Bo-ne for the pathogenesis of kidney essence deficiency，superfluous ministerial fire of patients with syndrome of menopause，climacteric hypertension.Since this prescription is created，its clinical application is wide.In recent years，with the study of Erxian decoction and its disassembled prescriptions，the scope of its application is further expanded.Professor Guo xia-zhen of the fourth batch of traditional chinese medicine expert in Beijing city is insightful applying Erxian decoction，especially in the application of the common diseases in women′s physiological stage，the effect of Erxian decoction is better.

“二仙汤”始见于《上海赤脚医生手册》及《中医方剂临床手册》，程士德教授曾在20世纪80年代发表文章以示其临床妙用。恩师郭霞珍教授作为程士德先生的学术继承人，在二仙汤应用方面不仅尽得真传，还有她独到的见解。目前二仙汤及二仙汤合方被广泛应用于更年期综合征、原发性高血压、骨质疏松症、老年性皮肤瘙痒、月经不调、抑郁症，皮肤病、男科疾病以及久咳、水肿等[1-7]，一般多以肾阴阳两虚作为辨证要点，而郭霞珍教授应用除补肾之虚损外，尤其重视其调冲任、燮理阴阳的功用。

1 临床应用分析

1.1 月经初潮后诸病症

《素问·上古天真论篇》：“女子七岁，肾气盛，齿更发长。二七而天癸至，任脉通，太冲脉盛，月事以时下，故有子”明确指出了月经的产生机制，即肾气全盛，冲任流通，经血日渐充盈，方可应时而下。冲为血海，任主胞胎，任脉通，太冲脉盛，两者相互滋养，故能有子。此处亦揭示月经正常来潮所必备的3个条件：肾气盛、天癸至、冲任通盛，并且只有“以时下”，方可成为正常的“月事”。……
