摘 要 本文以18所民办高校为研究对象，采用电话访谈、文献查询、网上搜集等方法，统计了民办高校教师队伍建设基本现状，并加以分析。结果发现：民办高校教师队伍不稳定问题极为突出，甚至影响到正常的教学秩序。创新点在于建议制定稳定教师队伍的心理评估与指导方案。相信这些研究对民办高校教师队伍建设有着积极的意义。

in Private Higher Education Development

Abstract In this paper， with 18 private universities as the research object. Methods： by telephone interview， literature search， online collection . Statistics of the basic situation of the construction of the contingent of teachers in private colleges and universities， and analyzes about it. Results ： the contingent of teachers in private universities instability problem is very prominent， and even affect the normal teaching order. Lies in the psychological assessment and guidance scheme proposed to develop stable teacher troop innovation. We believe that these studies is of positive significance to the construction of the contingent of teachers in private colleges.

近年来，随着我国民办高校的蓬勃发展，不少学者开始关注民办高校教师队伍现状问题并展开研究。国内外的一些专家、学者对私立高校教师队伍的来源渠道、学历结构、职称结构、“双师”素质、培养途径等方面作了一些有益的探索。这些研究为当前民办高校的师资队伍建设提供了理论上的指导和实践上的借鉴。本文重点从民办高校教师队伍的发展历程、现状、存在问题及对策等方面进行了探讨。

1 我国民办高校教师队伍建设的发展阶段

民办高校教师队伍的建设经历了以下四个阶段。一是外聘阶段（上世纪八十年代初至九十年代初）。民办学校的办学初期，由于资金不足，生源不稳，他们几乎没有自己的师资队伍，只能聘请国办高校的教师。二是自培阶段（上世纪九十年代初至九十年中期）。随着在校生人数的增多，全靠外聘教师不能完全满足教学需要，于是，民办学校开始从自己的毕业生中挑选优秀生留校任教。……
