今年2月27日，中国国家主席习近平主持中央深改小组会议通过了《中国足球改革总体方案》，会议指出，实现中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦与中国体育强国梦息息相关，发展振兴足球是建设体育强国的必然要求，也是全国人民的热切期盼。现在，这一方案的具体内容终于公之于世。有评论认为，改革的力度超乎想象，中国足球改革和发展的春天真的来了！

Hosting and winning the soccer World Cup were once regarded as just a dream，but it has became a serious goal for China now.A new national plan makes the sport become a truly mass game.All organizations，from schools to companies，are encouraged to set up their own soccer teams and play games.

China's economy is the world's second largest，but its soccer performances have been lacking on the international stage.

According to Zhang Jian，secretary-general of the China Football Association1，there were 190，000 student players becoming members of local sports authorities2at the beginning of 2014，less than one-third of the number in 1995.The number of soccer schools in effect has dropped from 1，000 in the 1990s to 20.

Soccer in China has been annoyed by poor results for so long that the State leadership has to step in.

Sports specialists6say that carrying out the plan needs efforts from the government's different departments.And they say that as soccer has the most influence and it's the most difficult sport to improve in China，reforming it will set a national example.Once it succeeds，soccer reform can be a good example for other sports.

The first step of carrying out the reform is to make more young people take part in the sport. National team player Jiang Zhipeng says China will have to learn soccer management from Europe.It won't be long before Chinese students practice soccer under a European-style course.

Chinese Education Department plans to introduce 120 excellent soccer teachers overseas in 2015.The 120 teachers will be sent to 40 different cities in China.国家领导人出面介入了。

中国教育部计划于2015年从国外引进120名优秀的足球外教。这120名足球外教将分配到全国40个城市任教。
