摘 要：随着国外市场的进一步开放和全球视野范围内的文化进一步交流，越来越多的欧美电影开始流入我国的市场。而且随着思想的进一步解放和年轻一代所受的教育的影响，越来越多的人开始以各种方式接触欧美电影。但是目前我国许许多多的人观赏欧美电影还仅仅的停留在视觉的享受方面，完全是作为一个放松的方式来看待的。这在一定程度上“浪费”了欧美电影。其实，从欧美电影中我们可以对影片进行更为深刻的分析，挖掘影片背后的故事，从电影中发现一种深层次的美。因此，本文就从不同的角度对欧美电影进行分析，借鉴美学、影视学、心理学的诸多方法，结合一些具有代表性的作品，进行视听语言的特征表现分析。从而，促进我国观众在观赏欧美电影时，能够从不同的角度深化自己对于电影的整体把握与理解。

歐美电影在我国目前的电影市场中占有很大一部分的份额，之所以能够产生这种现象，本文认为有以下几方面的原因：首先，欧美电影在效果处理上往往能够更能为观众所接受，满足了观众放松的需求，将观众的注意力能够完全的吸引到电影的故事情结当中去；其次，欧美电影的情结设计上往往能够不断的引起观众的好奇心，往往能够发散观众自己的思维；最后，欧美电影在音乐制作方面往往能够体现出一种激情和一种人文关怀，能够引起观众的共鸣。……
