摘 要 近年来大学毕业生就业问题成为社会最为关注的问题之一，针对这一情况，国家对高校开展大学生职业生涯规划和就业指导相关课程提出了越来越高的要求。本文将从独立学院“职业生涯规划和就业指导”课程全程化教育的现状及问题展开研究，分析辅导员作为职业生涯规划和就业指导课程教师在课程教学中的优势与不足，重点探讨适合独立学院辅导员开展的与日常工作相结合的职业生涯规划和就业指导教学模式。

Abstract In recent years the employment of university graduates becomes one of the most concerned social issues， the response to this situation， the state of colleges and career planning and career guidance related courses increasingly high demands. This article from the Independent Institute "career planning and career guidance" throughout the course of the current situation and issues of education research， analysis counselors as career planning and career guidance curriculum strengths and weaknesses of teachers teaching in the curriculum， the focus on the fit of Independent college counselors with the daily work of combining career planning and career guidance teaching.

2007年教育部办公厅发出《关于印发〈大学生职业发展与就业指导课程教学要求〉的通知》，提倡所有普通高校从2008年起开设职业发展与就业指导课程，并作为公共课纳入教学计划。东方学院积极响应教育部号召，不断重视职业生涯规划教育并开设了“职业生涯规划和就业指导”课程，经过逐步地探索，2012年制订并实施了“职业生涯规划和就业指导”课程全程化教育方案，取得了一定的教学成果和经验，但是从课程开始以来的实际教学情况来看，还是存在一些问题，亟待进一步深化改革教学。

1 “职业生涯规划和就业指导”课程教学现状及问题

第一，对课程重视不够，资源投入力度较低，没有形成比较健全有效的实施体系。首先，缺乏专职的师资队伍。从事相关教学工作的老师大部分都是由从事学生工作的辅导员或者在其他岗位的行政人员兼任，他们往往是在做学生日常管理工作或其他事务的同时兼做职业指导工作，时间和精力都有限。……
