摘 要 医院文化载体是医院文化深入员工内心并内化为员工行动的重要途径。本文对2009年4月6日—2013年12月31日时间段内《中国卫生事业管理》、《中国医院管理》、《江苏卫生事业管理》、《现代医院管理》、《医院管理论坛》5家专业类医院管理期刊综合类公立医院文化载体的相关论文进行梳理，了解研究现状，试图为医院文化建设实践提供思路。

The Culture Carrier of Comprehensive Public Hospital

under the Background of New Medical Reform

——Study on 5 Hospital Management Journals

Abstract It is an important way for The Culture Carrier of Hospital to help the hospitals' culture deeply into the heart and action of the staff. this article has researched five professional hospital management journals ， such as "Chinese Hospital Management"， "Chinese Health Service Management"， "Jiangsu Health Service Management"， "Contemporary Hospital Management"， "Hospital Management Forum" on Comprehensive Public Hospitals' cultural Carrier research， from April 6th ， 2009 to December 31st ，2013.In order to understand research status， attempts to provide ideas for the hospitals' cultural practice.

1 研究样本选取

在研究样本的选取上，《中国医院管理》、《中国卫生事业管理》、《江苏卫生事业管理》、《现代医院管理》、《医院管理论坛》是目前国内较有影响的医院管理专业期刊，办刊主体既有学会、又有卫生主管部门，还有高等院校，涵盖面较全，能较好地反映国内医院文化载体研究现状。

本文以新医改方案出台为起始时间，对2009年4月6日～2013年12月31日时间段内中国知网数据库以“医院文化”为主题进行“精确”检索，上述5家期刊共有331篇，除去专科、基层、民营、军队等医院文化建设、医院介绍等与研究主题不符的文章后，确定样本238篇。

2 研究数据分析

在研究样本中，对医院文化载体进行论述的文章共60篇，占25.21%，居于医院文化研究议题的首位，医院文化载体的研究涉及医院宣传、党团组织、工会、院领导、医德医风、主题活动、纪检监察、企业形象识别系统等。

研究排名前五位的医院文化载体分别是：医院宣传13条、工会8条、党团组织7条、医德医风4条、院领导3条，百分比见图1。
