摘 要 在我国幼儿家庭教育中，由于父母需要工作，没有时间教育子女，家庭教育的主要承担者是爷爷奶奶或者外公外婆，这种家庭教育方式便是隔代教育。在隔代教育中，虽然祖辈对幼儿的教育也是亲子教育的一种形式，但是与父母亲子关系还是有着很大差别，会对幼儿的社会交往能力产生不利影响。本文阐述了隔代教育现状，分析了隔代教育对于幼儿社会交往能力的影响，并且提出了相应的对策。

Analysis of the Impact of Inter-generational Education

to Young Children's Social Skills

Abstract In our early childhood family education， because parents need to work， and they have no time to educate their children， the main bearer of family education grandparents or grandparents， this family education is inter-generational education. In the inter-generational education， although education of young children is a form of grandparents parenting， but parents still have a great relationship with the child the difference， children's social skills would be adversely affected. This paper describes the status quo inter-generational education， education for the analysis of the inter-generational impact on children's social skills， and put forward the corresponding countermeasures.

在当前的幼儿父母结构组成中，多为80后，而这个群体又多为独生子女，由这种“双独”家庭生育的幼儿一出世就同时面临着爷爷奶奶、外公外婆两方面的疼爱。而且随着80后父母工作节奏的加快，也没有时间照顾幼儿，在这种情况下，由祖辈照顾孩子，并承担家庭教育便造成了隔代教育现象。

1 隔代教育现状分析

隔代教育已经成为当前幼儿家庭教育中的一种重要形式，据统计，在当前超过75%的幼儿与祖辈生活在一起，隔代教育问题甚至已经成为了一个社会问题，隔代教育对于幼儿的身心健康成长也造成了很大的影响。特别是在幼儿社会交往能力方面，在幼儿时期，是幼儿社会交往能力形成的重要时期，这是幼儿认识世界的开始，而隔代教育并不能完全替代父母教育，父母家庭教育的缺失就会给幼儿社会交往能力方面造成一定的不利影响。隔代教育对于幼儿交往能力的影响主要体现在容易使幼儿养成自私的习惯，不利于幼儿语言发展，不利于幼儿健全人格的形成，不利于幼儿独立性的培养等等。……
