摘 要 思想政治教育过程的展开离不开思想政治教育环境的有效参与和介入，思想政治教育环境对于思想政治教育过程发挥着不可替代的重要作用，但这种必要性究竟是因为思想政治教育过程与思想政治教育环境存在包含关系，还是因为思想政治教育环境是思想政治教育过程的外在条件呢？探究发现，其原因在于一些前提性问题尚未解决。笔者认为不能给出笼统结论，应分为思想政治教育“大环境”和“小环境”来具体分析。

Reflections on whether Ideological and Political Education Environment is the Constituent in Ideological and Political Education Process

Abstract Expand the ideological and political education process is inseparable from the ideological and political education environment， effective participation and involvement of the ideological and political education environment for ideological and political education process plays an irreplaceable role， but whether this is due to the necessity of ideological and political education and ideological political education environment includes relationships exist， or because of ideological and political education environment is the external conditions of ideological and political education process it？ Inquiry found that the reason is that the premise of some unresolved issues. I believe that the general conclusion can not be given， should be divided into ideological and political education "environment" and "small environment" to specific analysis.

思想政治教育目的，实现于思想政治教育过程，思想政治教育通过对教育对象的思想和行为产生影响、进行引导，从而达到思想政治教育目标。思想政治教育过程的开展无法离开思想政治教育环境，思想政治教育过程的开展有赖于思想政治教育环境为其提供物质基础，更为其顺利进行直至受教育者的真正内化于内提供精神支持。因此，思想政治教育环境是思想政治教育过程展开及目的实现的必要因素。思想政治教育过程要素的界定与划分是思想政治教育基础研究的关键问题之一，而目前学术界对于思想政治教育环境是否是思想政治教育过程要素的研究尚无定论，众说纷纭。本文力图剖析学界观点的分歧，并探讨其深层原因。
