摘 要 社会主义核心价值观是当代中国的兴国之魂。当代医学生作为未来医疗卫生战线的主流群体，要紧密联系自身专业和工作实际的特点，深刻领会医学生核心价值观的内涵与战略地位，把握好对核心价值观的理性认知、情感内化、行为认知和系统配合等原则，拓展多种途径，形成教育合力，从而达到提高医学生社会主义核心价值观认同和践行的目的。

Abstract Socialist core values of contemporary China and rejuvenating the soul. Contemporary mainstream groups of medical students as future health care front， should be closely linked with their actual characteristics of professional and work deeply understand the meaning and the strategic position of the core values of medical students， a good grasp of the core values of rational cognition， the emotional， behavioral principles of cooperation， such as cognitive and systems， expanding a variety of ways， forming education efforts， so as to improve medical students to practice the socialist core values of identity and purpose.

1 当代医药类大学生价值观的特点

1.1 价值观的多元化的挑战

医学领域历来是各种价值观的交汇之地，医学生必然面临着各种价值观的冲击。价值观的多元化是当代医药类大学生一个十分显著的特征。近年来，随着医药卫生事业的发展和医药卫生的不断完善，当代的医药大学生对于自己将来所从事的行业充满了信心，因此医药类大学生社会责任感在日益加强，国家主人翁的意识也在不断增强，同时也让其体会到了社会主义核心价值观在行业方面的发展和应用。社会主义核心价值观日益内化为医学生的主流价值观。然而，由于目前我国正处于社会转型期，市场存在的一些负面影响给医学生的价值观带来的冲击，重物质利益轻无私奉献，看重等量交换而忽视了爱心付出，凡此种种，都带来价值取向的扭曲。在这种情况下，加强对医学生核心价值观的引导，无疑是事关医学生健康成长的一个极其严峻的课题。……
