摘 要 本文主要针对现有警察战术训练系统进行软件和硬件方面改进的可行性探讨，主要涉及技术包括超宽带数据传输、红外激光技术、图像识别以及多功能护具等科技，模拟、仿真当前执法作战环境，用于解决目前社会形势发展过快而给当前警察战术训练带来的困扰。

Abstract This paper mainly police tactical training system for existing software and hardware improvements to explore the feasibility， mainly related technologies， including ultra-wideband data transmission， infrared laser technology， image recognition， and multi-functional protective gear and other technology， simulation， simulation of the current law enforcement combat environment for solving the current social situation and the development of fast tactical training to the current problems caused by the police.

0 前言

随着科技的进步和社会的发展，我国的基础建设日新月异，各种标志性的建筑近几年不断出台，就以上海为例：地铁运营线由2005年的65公里增至现在的343公里，车站数225座;大型商业圈有：人名广场商业圈、淮海路商业圈等，还有分布在各个区县的中小型商业圈;以金茂大厦，环球金融中心为代表的甲级写字楼不完全统计就超过500幢;数量众多的建筑物其建筑风格大相径庭，其共同点就是面积庞大，通道复杂。

以此为基点，结合我国警察训练当前的状况，警察建筑物搜索、攻坚训练正处于上升发展阶段。受香港警察训练模式的启发，我国的警察战术训练由以往的剧情化训练模式逐步提升为对抗性训练模式，很多地方警察院校及特警单位借鉴香港警察学院训练模式，训练场地也由无规划性野外训练逐步向有规划性的室内场景过渡，并以工作任务特性为导向建有各自风格的战术训练大楼，便于院校学生、特警在训练中更直观地感受训练任务。但着眼于当前社会形势，就警察战术训练而言，特别是建筑物搜索等场景训练与现实社会环境还存有一定的差距，从而导致训练效果相对滞后于工作需求。……
