摘 要 在高校扩招和教师教育体系转型的背景下，教育学本科专业的人才培养模式的转型日益成为了教育学者、院系领导、学生乃至中小学校备受关注的问题之一。所谓人才培养模式，实际上是人才的培养目标、培养规格和基本培养方式，它决定着高等学校所培养人才的根本特征，集中体现了高等教育的教育思想和教育观念。本文仅从教育学专业的培养目标、课程设置及专业评价三个方面进行分别探讨，旨在找到一些能够为教育学本科专业人才培养模式转型提供服务的有力参考，使教育学本科专业的发展能够重新充满生机与活力。

Abstract In the context of college enrollment and teacher education system restructuring， transformation of undergraduate education training model of education is increasingly becoming a scholar， one of the issues leading faculty， students and even schools of concern. The so-called training model， in fact， the goal is to develop talent， training specifications and basic training methods， which determines the fundamental characteristics of colleges and universities that train talent， ideas and education epitomizes the concept of education in higher education. This article explores from education professional training objectives， curriculum and professional evaluation three aspects， designed to be able to find some strong reference for undergraduate education training model to provide transition services to enable the development of undergraduate education can refill vigor and vitality.

1 教育学本科专业发展存在的问题

1.1 培养目标过大、过宽，与人才培养质量不相匹配

1923年北京师范大学首设教育系，将培养目标确定为：“以造就中等学校与师范学校师资为主，并以造就教育行政人员及研究教育学术与适用于教育之专门学术为辅。”①而到了1999年之后，高等教育开始进入大众化阶段，教育学本科专业为了适应这种外部环境的挑战，将其培养目标改为：通过教育学科知识的学习和教育技能的训练，培养具有夯实的教育理论基础，掌握教育教学实践技能，能够在各级各类学校、教育科研和教育行政管理等部门从事教学、研究与管理的高级专门人才。这就打破了以前教育学本科专业为中小学或师范院校培养师资的局限，扩大了该专业毕业生的就业范围。……
