摘要： 在保险高等职业教育阶段，社会、行业及由同类群体构成的社区，形成保险职业诚信教育的外部背景及内生环境，有效利用社会、社区及行业资源介入保险职业诚信教育，开发介入路径，能够夯实学生基本道德意识，塑造职业诚信理念，全面提高保险职业诚信的践行效果。

Abstract： In the higher vocational education phase of insurance， the community made of society， industry and the same group， forms the external background and internal environment of insurance professional integrity education， effectively uses society， community and industry resources intervened in the insurance professional integrity education， engages in development of intervention path， strengthens the students' basic moral consciousness and the concept of professional integrity， and comprehensively improves the practice effect of insurance professional integrity.

0 引言

保险高等职业院校是专业人才的培养阵营，在这一领域着重实施诚信教育，对塑造学生的职业观念、全面提升保险队伍素质具有重要意义。保险职业诚信教育要不断拓宽与外部环境的交流通道，并注重激发学生的本体能动性，全面调动可行性教育资源。本文从影响保险诚信教育的因素出发，整理诚信教育实施的推动力量，提出将社会、社区及行业资源引入保险职业诚信教育的路径，致力于以多元化手段促进保险职业诚信教育的实质进展。

1 保险职业诚信教育的影响因素

保险教育与社会及行业联系紧密，受教育者在职业追求中，形成具有行为及认知共性的同类群体社区，社会、社区和行业构成保险职业诚信教育的外部背景及内生环境，保险职业诚信教育在实施中受到这三方面因素的影响。首先，受到社会因素的影响，社会法制及道德水平的整体进步，促进了保险职业诚信教育的改观。一方面，我国保险法律监管逐渐完善，职业诚信规范化，丰富了保险职业诚信教育的制度内容。……
