〔摘要〕文章介绍了Altmetrics的起源、特征、典型应用平台，重点阐述了Altmetrics为图书馆在馆藏建设、读者个性化信息、管理决策方面带来的机遇，提出了图书馆在Altmetrics时代通过技术环境、资源建设、情报服务、用户体验4个方面提升服务的策略，最后对Altmetrics的未来应用做出展望。

Web2.0工具为研究者提供了更加便捷的、非正式的学科社区交流方式，近年来，有越来越多的科研工作者使用诸如twitter、facebook、citeulike、mendeley等社交网络进行学术交流。开放资源出版物的多样性特征，导致补充性科研成果测度指标的多样性[1]。对基于网络资源的现有和潜在科学影响力进行即时评估的研究，称之为Altmetrics，即替代性指标，或补充性指标。Altmetrics作为信息计量方式，被认为是对传统文献计量学的重要补充。最近几年Altmertrics的快速发展获得了广泛的关注，图书馆应清晰地认识到用户对文献资源的利用和传播方式的变化。SCOPUS在2004年为高校图书馆提供了一笔基金，方便图书馆员为研究人员提供论文级别计量的指标信息[2]，同时，一些数据库（如VIVO）也开始尝试建立内部的基于学术网络格式的影响力指标[3]。这些发展使得图书馆更加走近基于社交网络的评价指标[4]。作为未来学术评价的新趋势，将有越来越多的科研人员利用Altmertrics作为衡量学术水平的重要补充。Altmertrics为图书馆在新的信息环境下利用开放的资源为用户提供更精准的服务提供了机遇。本文探讨了Altmertrics的特征和应用，阐述了图书馆在Altmertrics环境下创新服务的策略，以期为提升图书馆服务提供一些参考。

5结语

Altmertrics是Web2.0环境下的新型计量方式，是对计量学的重要补充。随着该领域的不断成熟，将来会有越来越多的数据库商和出版商会将Altmertrics指标整合于搜索结果中。可以预见，Altmertrics在未来的发展过程中，将更具开放性；Altmertrics评价指标模型会更趋于科学性和综合性；学术研究人员也将比以往获得更多的机会。图书馆需要顺应新技术的发展，在Altmertrics不断健全评价方法的过程中抓住机遇，增加服务内容，提升服务质量，并推动Altmertrics应用于更广泛的领域中。
