摘要 [目的]评估24%甲氧虫酰肼悬浮剂对吉林省玉米螟的田间防治效果。[方法]在玉米螟幼虫孵化高峰期，田间施用不同剂量的24%甲氧虫酰肼悬浮剂，以20%氯虫苯甲酰胺悬浮剂为对照药剂，在玉米螟蛀茎前和玉米收获前分别调查虫伤株率。[结果]玉米螟蛀茎前，24%甲氧虫酰肼悬浮剂 300～675 ml/hm2处理与20%氯虫苯甲酰胺悬浮剂150 ml/hm2处理的虫伤株率不存在显著差异，校正防治效果为79.2%～100%;玉米收获前，24%甲氧虫酰肼悬浮剂 225～675 ml/hm2处理与20%氯虫苯甲酰胺悬浮剂150 ml/hm2处理的虫伤株率不存在显著差异，校正防治效果为34.2%～82.8%。[结论]田间应用24%甲氧虫酰肼悬浮剂防治1代玉米螟的推荐使用剂量为375 ml/hm2，8月初可再喷施1次24%甲氧虫酰肼悬浮剂以提高对2代玉米螟的防治效果。

Field Control Efficacy of Methoxyfenozide 24% SC on the Asia Corn Borer，Ostrinia furnacalis （Guenee）

Abstract [Objective] The aim was to evaluate the field control efficacy of methoxyfenozide 24% SC on the Asian corn borer，Ostrinia furnacalis （Guenee）.[Method] At the peak of hatching period for O.furnacalis， six dosages of Methoxyfenozide 24% SC were sprayed in the field.Chlorantraniliprole 20% SC was used as control pesticide.Percentages of damaged plants were respectively investigated before the larvae entering stalks and harvest.[Result] Five treatments of 300-675 ml/hm2 for methoxyfenozide 24% SC have similar percentages of damaged plants to Chlorantraniliprole 20% SC，and the corrected control efficacies were 79.2%-100% before the larvae entering the stalks.Six treatments of 225-675 ml/hm2 for methoxyfenozide 24% SC have similar percentages of damaged plants to Chlorantraniliprole 20% SC，and the corrected control efficacies were 34.2%-82.8% before harvest.[Conclusion] Methoxyfenozide 24% SC with 375 ml/hm2 is recommended to control the first generation corn borers in Jilin.In order to improve the control efficacy on the second generation borers，Methoxyfenozide 24% SC should be sprayed again at early August.

亚洲玉米螟[Ostrinia furnacalis （Guenee）]，属鳞翅目螟蛾科，俗称玉米钻心虫、箭杆虫，是威胁吉林省玉米生产的第一大害虫，也被称为“省虫”。玉米螟以幼虫钻蛀为害，在玉米喇叭口期取食心叶，可造成“花叶”，抽穗后钻蛀穗柄和茎秆，使被害植株茎秆组织遭到破坏，影响水分和养分的传输，致使玉米穗部籽粒干瘪，青枯早熟，严重时风折倒伏;为害雄穗穗茎而造成折蓼，也可直接为害玉米雌穗的花丝和籽粒，造成玉米穗腐病的发生，严重降低玉米品质[1]。……
