摘要 以就业为导向，以能力为本位，以任务为载体，研究了专业人才培养过程中的创新思路及主要实施途径，探讨了泰山职业技术学院园艺专业“两线、四段、三融合”工学结合人才培养模式的构建。结果表明：该模式能有效提高人才培养质量，大幅提高就业率，达到为生产、服务、管理第一线输送技术型及高层次技能型人才的教学目标。

Discussion on “Twoline， Fourstage， Threefusion” Talent Training Mode of Combining Work with Study in Garden Technology Professional on Higher Vocational Education

Abstract With employment as the guidance， ability as the standard， task as the carrier， the innovation idea and main operation way in talents training process was studied， “twoline， fourstage， threefusion” model for horticulture major of Taishan Vocational and Technical College was discussed. The results showed that the model effectively improve talents training quality and employment rate to meet the teaching goal which can offer highquality professionals for gardening production， service and management.

近年来，农业高等职业教育的发展丰富了农业高等教育体系结构。高职园艺类专业肩负着大批量培养技能型人才的使命，其目标是培养与现代园艺产业相适应，掌握专业必备基础理论和专业知识，具备从事专业实际工作的职业素质和综合职业能力，在园艺产业生产、涉农企业管理和服务等第一线工作的技术技能型人才。随着社会的发展，园艺产业已经成为现代农业的重要组成部分，对园艺专业技能型人才需求量越来越大，因此如何培养适应市场需求的技术技能型园艺专业人才是园艺类专业人才培养改革的主要目标。

1 高职园艺专业人才培养模式改革探索的背景

1.1 发达国家高职园艺教育人才培养模式

国外对于园艺职业技术教育人才培养模式的研究较多，比较成熟的培养模式有：以职业岗位确定能力目标的CBE模式^[1]；以工作职责和工作任务确定能力标准的CEBT模式^[2]；校企合作确定学生职业活动的“双元制”和“关键能力”培养模式^[3]。……
