摘要 [目的]研究优化复方葡萄籽油软胶囊的内容物配方。[方法]以葡萄籽油为主要内容物，异甘草素和原花青素为辅料，研究复方葡萄籽油软胶囊的配方，并对软胶囊质量标准及稳定性进行了考察。[结果]试验得到复方葡萄籽油的最佳配方为：以葡萄籽油为主要内容物，辅料为异甘草素（葡萄籽油质量的0.5%）、原花青素（0.5%）；助悬剂为蜂蜡（3%）；润湿剂为吐温（1%）；抗氧化剂为维生素E（0.15‰）。通过对软胶囊质量标准及稳定进行考察得所制软胶囊各项指标均符合国家标准。[结论] 研究可为生产开发具有复合功能的葡萄籽油軟胶囊提供参考依据。

Study on the Contents of the Soft Capsule of Compound Grape Seed Oil

Abstract [Objective] To optimize formula of compound grape seed oil soft capsule. [Method] Grape seed oil as the main contents， isoliquiritigenin and anthocyanin as the additives， the compound formula of the soft capsule were investigated. And quality standard and stability of it were researched. [Result] Through the experiments， the optimal formula of the soft capsule were obtained： grape seed oil as the main contents， isoliquiritigenin as the additives（0.5% of the mass of the grape seed oil）， anthocyanin（0.5%）； suspended aid： beeswax （3%）； wetting agent： twain （1%）； antioxidants： vitamin E （0.15 ‰）. After examining the quality standard and stability， the indicators all meet the national standards. [Conclusion] The study can provide reference basis for production and development of compound grape seed oil soft capsule.

葡萄籽油是基础油中比较受欢迎且效果卓越的品种之一^[1-2]。葡萄籽油具有天然无毒的特性，因此儿童、孕妇、老人及运动员皆适用^[3-5]。目前，葡萄籽油已被广泛利用，仅2007年一年，葡萄籽油的需求量就超过3 000万t。但由于葡萄籽油中不饱和油脂含量较高，油脂极易氧化变质，易导致不良风味产生并促使机体氧化，引发癌症和人体衰老，同时由于该种油脂的流动性差，在制成方便食品的调料和汤料时，给包装和食用带来很大不便，使其开发与利用受到制约^[6-8]。

有关葡萄籽油软胶囊的研制已有报道^[9-10]，但对于具有复合功能的葡萄籽油软胶囊的开发还未见报道。笔者以葡萄籽油为主要成分，拟将异甘草素^[11]和原花青素^[12]作为辅料添加于葡萄籽油中制备具有复合功能的葡萄籽油软胶囊。……
