摘要

[目的]测定11批盐生肉苁蓉药材水分、灰分、浸出物等质量评价参数。[方法]按照《中国药典》2010年版一部附录中的水分测定第一法、总灰分和酸不溶性灰分测定法、浸出物测定法、重金属检查法和砷盐检查法测定。[结果]盐生肉苁蓉药材水分不宜超过10%，总灰分不宜超过12%，酸不溶性灰分不宜超过1.7%，65%乙醇热浸法浸出物不宜低于45%，重金属（Pb2+）不超过0.000 5%，砷盐不超过0.000 1%。[结论]该试验方法准确方便、高效、重复性好，可作为盐生肉苁蓉质量控制的参考依据。

Determination of Moisture， Ash， Extract Materials， Heavy Metals and Arsenic of the Cistanche salsa

Abstract [Objective] To develop a scientific method for the quality standards of Cistanche salsa. [Method] Samples which are the content of moisture， ash， extract materials， heavy metals and arsenic were analyzed and determined by appendix IX H， IX K， X A， IX E and IX F， respectively， according to Chinese Pharmacopoeia （I）， 2010. [Result] Cistanche salsa contains moisture below 10%， total ash below 12%， acid insoluble ash below 1.7%， heavy metal（Pb2+） below 1.7%， arsenic below 0.0001%， ethanol soluble extractives not less than 45%. [Conclusion] This method was simple， accurate and reproducible. The quality standards can provide a reliable experimental basis for Cistanche salsa.

盐生肉苁蓉（Cistanche salsa （C. A. Mey.） G. Beck）又名肉苁蓉、盐生大芸， 为肉苁蓉属（Cistanche Hoffmg. et Link）列当科（Orobanchaceae）多年生草本寄生植物，主要分布在内蒙、陕西、宁夏、甘肃、青海、新疆，生于沙漠、荒漠及荒漠草原带，喜生于盐碱较重的土壤中，新疆是其中主要产区^[1]。盐生肉蓯蓉作为传统维药收载于《维吾尔药志》，性温，温肾生精，润肠通便，健身安神。用于肾虚、阳痿、老年习惯性便秘、体虚引起的眩晕、眼花及腰脚酸痛等疾病，另还可用于食少、腹泻、瘫痪及贫血等症^[2]。盐生肉苁蓉中含有大量的苯乙醇苷类、环烯醚萜类、挥发性成分、木脂素类、多糖、生物碱等^[3-4]，具有增强免疫功能、补肾壮阳、抗氧化抗衰老、抗辐射、通便等作用^[4-6]，具有很好的开发价值和前途。目前对该属植物的研究主要集中于《中国药典》2010版收录的荒漠肉苁蓉及管花肉苁蓉，对盐生肉苁蓉的研究较少^[7]。……
