摘 要 论文利用高校图书馆网站以及相关文献，对国内“985”高校移动图书馆的建立时间、服务模式、服务内容以及版权申明等进行统计。基于统计结果分析国内“985”高校移动图书馆的发展特点，根据目前信息技术发展动态，提出高校移动图书馆创新服务发展的看法。

Analysis of the Domestic Mobile Library's Innovative Services：Taking the “985” Universities as the Example

Abstract Making use of the networks of domestic “985” universities and related documents， this paper investigates the development time， service model and content， copyright notice of the mobile library of domestic “985” universities. On the base of the result， it analyzes the development feature of the mobile library of domestic “985” universities， and puts forward some suggestions for the mobile librarys innovative service of universities in future according to the information technology developments.

移动图书馆是依托于移动互联网技术，利用移动终端（手机、平板、阅读器等设备），实现读者可以在任何时间、任何地点利用图书馆查找、浏览与获取资源的一种新兴数字图书馆的信息服务，具有移动性、便携性、及时性等特点。国内对于移动图书馆的研究和实践应用兴起于2000年以后[1]，经历了对国内外实例、系统架构、技术开发、服务扩展等逐步深入研究阶段。我国重点扶持的“985”高校代表了我国先进的教育水平和学术科研水平，以“985”高校作为调研对象，具有代表性和可操作性。本文拟通过“中国教育和科研计算机网”，采取网络调查法对国内39所（分校除外）“985”高校近年来移动图书馆建设以及服务进行研究，为我国高校移动图书馆的发展提供参考，促进高校智慧图书馆的建设，完善图书馆的建设体系。

2003年12月，北京理工大学开通了国内最早的手机图书馆短信服务平台，拉开了移动图书馆在国内应用帷幕[2]。随后华南理工大学、重庆大学、浙江大学、北京大学、清华大学等相继开通SMS、WAP服务。……
